Horrible experience.I bought a loaded potatoe.Didn’t have enough sour cream on it for me like it usually does.Went to the counter and the young black girl asked the sara and Jose.Jose said she has to pay 0.54cents.So no problem I go get my card even though I didn’t agree.Then run my card and she say you have to buy something else.I replied well I don’t want to buy anything else.I shouldn’t have to pay for sour cream when she barely put any on it from the jump.Bad customer service.Then I go ask for names and they talk and laugh.Never will come back!
Meh. Cashier didn’t understand anything I ordered. I liked the sides…mac and cheese and potatoes.
BBQ at it's finest. The staff is very friendly. Great drink selection and the meats are smoked well. Pulled pork was juicy, the brisket was a little dry to my liking. Great sausages and ribs.

Ranch beans a little too sweet for my taste but that's just my preference. The brisket and potatoes salad were delicious. Lots of other tasty sides to.choose from. I will visit again
Definitely not country bbq … this is rich white folk bbq. Brisket is dry. Turkey is good. Mac and cheese ehh. I asked for raw onion for my brisket they said they don’t serve raw onion. That’s a minus in my book. If you don’t serve raw onion you ain’t real bbq.
That food sucked big time. They want way to much money for their nasty food. They wanted 24.95 for one pound of sliced brisket. We shared the three meat plate with a baked potato. The potato was good the meat sucked we didn't even finish it between the two of us
Ate there tonight. First time in 20 years and we live 1.5 miles away. It will be 20 more before we do it again. The bread was good. Missing Vasos and TX Brisket.
Had BBQ chicken. Average taste and quality. Other diner had 3 meat plate and devoured all of it. Ok BBQ but not as moist as some other places.
I love the BBQ at Brook Street. HOWEVER, this time I placed an order online at 6:10 pm for a curbside pickup. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 and had to wait until 6:54 to receive my food. 24 minutes! Ridiculous!!!
