The service as quick and attentive with good tasting food in a comfortable environment.
I got the sirloin stake and my oh my was it awful. The steak was so chewy and gross, the sauce tasted like the TV dinner Salisbury steak. The only good thing on my plate was the broccoli.
Food was decent, service experience could have been better. Server got details on our drink orders wrong. Seemed like it was a lack of experience. She was definitely friendly enough, just didn't have that forethought like offering waters. Sounds nitpicky, and I'm not saying it ruined the experience, just wasn't stellar. I got the Southpaw burger, and while it presented well, it seemed like there was no seasoning. Acceptable experience? Yeah. Would I rave about it to a friend? No.
Always fun to experience the same foods made differently. The service was incredible and I enjoyed the French Toast. The Deviled Eggs were really salty, but perhaps it was just that one time.
The food was good; however, we ordered a medium rare steak and they prepared it well done. Service was good and it’s a sports bar so it was loud as expected.
This location is less than a mile from home and has a great patio. That is the ONLY reason I go to this location. When we arrived, there were 4 employees seated, hanging out right near the hostess stand, along with what appeared to be 2 hosts. And from the empty inside and half full bar and empty patio, you'd think we'd have received quick, efficient service. Not even close. Rarely have I ever received a bar beverage in less than 10 minutes. I know I have never received an "ice cold beer" here, so much so I've started ordering 2 at a time. In fact, we were about to walk out again last night after waiting for drinks for so long that I was sure either the server forgot to put them in or... Neither. The server did put the order in, it's just the bartender enjoys putting on a show and "doing it all herself". The food is better than the service and that is below average at best. Chicken and waffles were decent, my daughter ordered every time. My nachos were piled high and overly excessive. But for $18 nachos, I guess that's to be expected. I have never once seen a manager to even speak to about concerns. It appears a young adult must be managing and hired all their friends.
You must try the duck wings appetizer! They are excellent!
Overall not bad. A bit slow service especially for a busy day like Mother’s Day.
What happened to service with a smile? The server and hostess looked like they hated their jobs and didn’t want to work. We were seated quickly and the food was decent but for the price you pay for small portions was not worth it at all.
