The setting is great and we would return for the experience of eating outside by the water but customer service is lacking. We informed at least 2 employees this was our first time here but they made no effort to explain their system and seemed annoyed we were slow to order as we were trying to figure out how the ordering worked.We will probably come back but but the poor service is a killer.
Terrible customer service from the gentlemen who was working this afternoon. Seemed hell-bent on taking out his frustrations on innocent customers. The two ladies working with him are great and made the pizzas well, but I will not be back due to the unpleasant customer service experience I had today. It’s a shame because I’ve been here several times before and always had a great experience.
The workers were unprofessional.i stood there like workers just worked as if I wasn’t standing there. The employee that was preparing my order barely put any ingredients on my pizza. Who barely puts cheese on the pizza. She rushed me, I had to telling her multiple times that I asked for a certain ingredient.. I didn’t order much and if she would have slowed down and listened to what I saying it wouldn’t been a issue. I’m very disappointed and I’ll stick to mods.
Read our review guidelines DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Always late. Takes over an hour longer than expected each time. The most recent time it took over 2 hours and then they canceled my order. I will never order from here again. Pizza comes cold anyway and there are always errors.
I decided 2 try Blaze Pizza. I got the unlimited ( 5 ) toppings pizza w/ pesto drizzle & drink. The pesto drizzle had a little too much oil ? I think 4 me. The toppings tasted very fresh & good. It seemed like I could taste every topping. U ask would I come here again ? Yes
Quick, the signature pizzas seem to be the best deal, but you can build your own. The crust choices are original, high-rise, gluten-free, cauli crust or keto crust.
They have a make your own pizza concept like subway. There is a good variety of sauces and toppings. You get a nice size whatever you want on your pizza for about $9. It’s enough to share or have leftovers. The customer service was nice and efficient and they had a system to getting things done and keeping orders from getting mixed up. This location also has a beautiful lake view.
Best Pizza I've had since the one I had at the Lake Como Taxi Boat quay in Bellagio Italy. Pretty sure nothing else comes close to that....
This place isn’t bad but I think there’s better create your own pizza places out there. The crust is wayyyy too thin. They’re skimpy in toppings. There’s not as many options for toppings as their competitors, particularly for vegetarians. The toppings are fresh. Overall decent place but not that many options. The chipotle ranch drizzle was my favorite part of the pizza.
Tasty pizza and was excited about the special but they didn’t have half of the needed ingredients. Also, the staff was obviously unhappy about us ordering signature pizzas instead of build-your-own.
