Great atmosphere. But out of Avocado Egg Rolls? Does that make any sense? All you need is avocado. And I know you had avocado since i orderd the Tuna appetizer instead and it got avocado in it. or is it because it was happy hour and it got expensive? How can you be out of that? This was disappointing and I won't be back here ever again!Steak I ordered wasn't great either. Missed up my soup order too. It was a bad experience. Didn't enjoy it like I use to!
The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. This is our late night go to restaurant. Never disappointed with a great menu! It was very bright and more crowded than normal. We were seated quickly and our food was great as always. I try to order something different everytime we dine.

This is one of my favorite go to Dinning locations. The service is always on point and everyone is so friendly. Ask for Natalie to be your server. Every time I have sat in her area I receive the best service even when there may be other complications that are out of her control. Plus, her personality is just a gem and her presence is so wonderful! Keep up the good work - all of you guys at Sugar Land BJ’s! It is definitely noticed by many!
The food was amazing. I was in the mood for just a basic burger and there was nothing basic about it. AMAZE. Service was friendly but a touch slow. The reason not 5 stars: You ever go to a party and and people act like they're happy to see you there but you know they don't want you there? 100% that vibe from the hostess' station. Wasn't the hostess though that gave that vibe but I think one of the managers... over all not the worst experience though.
Went for Valentine’s Day around 6 o clock and for a table of two there was no wait. Food took a little bit to arrive but servers were very attentive.
First got here and ordered a chicken parmesan. It got corrected after a minor complaint of it being overcooked. My waitress, Monica, was very nice, polite, and very understanding of my concern. She took care of it right away. Courtney, the manager, cooked my meal personally. It was amazing. I thank them for being so patient and understanding. I will definitely be dining there again.
I hadn’t been here in years but decided to check it out and I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. First of all Erika our waitress was AMAZING! If we needed something she was always there. Great selection of menu items and the food was pretty good. It also came out pretty quickly which was nice. Only thing I will say neg wise was food seemed over priced for what you got. Chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries for $16??? Other than that it was a good visit. Definitely will be in our dining rotation. Erika sealed the deal on that.
Caleb our server was absolutely welcoming and helpful. He did everything to accommodate us even helping me taste a couple of beers before making a decision. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza which we was disappointed with as it wasn't very tasty and had BBQ sauce on a few slices. My Mrs goes to the branch in Pearland and she said it was different to the one she had at this location. However we was hungry and ate. Later when Caleb the most kindest server came over and we explained he was so apologetic even though it wasn't his fault. He only let us pay for half the pizza and for my beer on top he gave us a desert on the house. This was something that he didn't need to do but we was so humbled by his positivity and service. I would still be coming back to BJ's as it's a great spot to dine. We was just unfortunate on this occasion. Thank you for being so thoughtful. We look forward to seeing you again. On another note the pizzoki is absolutely amazing!!!! If you haven't tried it YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!
My girlfriend loves this place. She gets the sliders and the wings both tasty. I got the bistro burger which is in my opinion their best burger. Margaritas taste good, beer menu is vast with few great options. Clean and good service while we were there. Pretty good prices too. Overall great experience one thing to note tho is that they don't always have wings. I've gone twice when they had no wings and the boneless were subpar. If you only go for them maybe call and ask ahead of time.
