Decent BBQ if you have not been there you should definitely go...... definitely better than Pappa's BBQ and that other garbage
Ordered the two plate at the truck outside of the auto show. Probably one of the worst BBQ places I have ever been. The brisket was dry and hard, the sausage was disgusting, cold and dry. The bbq sauce was nasty as well. The beans tasted like beans out of a can and the potato salad was bland. Threw the plate away after a few bites. Waste of 23$.

Sometimes pretty good sometimes not so good. Ordered a baked potato fully loaded with sour cream onions jalapeños Pickles & BBQ sauce. Came with only half ramekin of sauce. Not great for 16 bucks. Had to run to the store to get othet ingredients. Another 8 bucks. ?
We attended a neighborhood event that Big 6 catered. We're glad we went because Big 6 was very good and we got to meet a lot of our neighbors, very nice people. The brisket was very tender and oh so tasty, the sausage and the chicken drum stick was just as good, the beans and tater salad were very good. Now I need to visit their food trailer, they're bookmarked already.
I grew up in a household where my parents bbq every weekend on our little ‘Old Smokey. So I know bbq and I don’t eat just any bbq. It has to be smoked, seasoned well, and not smothered in bbq sauce. This place was everything I wanted and more. The jalapeño sausage were so flavorful. The guy at the front told me they were homemade. The smoked chicken breast was so juicy and full of flavor. The wait time was a little longer then desired but I know good food takes time. I’ll be back next week. I may call ahead next time.
I gave this place more than one chance to keep me as a customer.I've been to this place about five times.I travel for good brisket. About twenty miles one way.The brisket was great had flavor and a smoke ring.The second visit the brisket wasn't nowhere near bbq.Looked liked it was cooked in a oven.I spent over twenty dollars on this food.I didn't want to leave a bad review.I gave the owner a chance to fix it.He did just that giving me a gift card.Finally, I returned after a few weeks and had a great conversation with the owner.I ordered the 1/2 pound of brisket.There was no need to check my food.I received it from the owner .Well, after my twenty minute drive home... to my disappointmentThis oven cooked brisket found it's way back in my lifeSorry to say that I won't be returning.
I dont think I’ve had food be so bad and take so long in my life. You guys made me wait 2 hours for food to be cold and absolutely fatty and chopped to oblivion. Don’t vend at events if you cant handle the crowd!

This food truck is GREAT!! The BBQ is very tender, has great flavor, the sauce is perfect too. The smoked boudin is AWESOME!!! The BBQ baked potato is divine!! I can't say enough good things about them... *Stop by and have a try*(You can also order online or door dash.)
