Amazing experience! Great wait staff and cooks. Meal was cooked to perfection!
We were on time for our 6.30pm reservation but didnât not get seated until 6:50pm we were seated with another family that was celebrating two birthdays as well. My soft shell crab greasy from the oil they use to fry it and our sodaâs was flat . I had the Benihana Trio w/chicken fried rice and my husband had the chicken and shrimp our chicken was dry in the rice as well as our entrees we receive more garlic butter but it still dry and over cooked. I donât know it was bad food because they were busy or just a bad night to come but what I do know I will not be back for a good while. BAD BIRTHDAY DINNER

Reservations were at 7:15. Finally at 8:10 we were seated. Our order hadnât been taken by 8:35, so we left. I understand that it was busy, but j thought the point of reservations was to get seated & fed by a specific time. Iâve been here numerous times & this is the second time out of many that I have had an extremely poor experience.
Always amazing food.
I was a bit surprise that a new chef was cooking for us. He took almost 2 hours for a table that was not full it was only 5 people. He lowered the temperature of the grill and by the time I received my rice it was cold. And chicken was cut so think and over all it was so weird seeing someone cook sooooo slow. Then the waiter rarely came to check on us⦠which was frustrating knowing weâre paying so much for a good quality service and food
Wish the cook would have liked his job. Just cooked it and gone!! No show at allð¡
