Great service! I do have say about these timing “complaints” shouldn’t even be on here when there are signs BY THE DOOR that say their store hours. I guess people are either too lazy to read the signs or aren’t observant enough to see them. Before people say “the signs weren’t when I was there” I go there all the time and those signs have been there for MONTHS!A note to Google: please be on top on whoever is in charge of changing store hours. I asked the people behind the counter about the hours and they’ve been trying to change it for a while and apparently Google isn’t doing their job.
I came here at 9:20 and it was close waste of time and it clearly says it was just updated a week ago by he business. 3 stars because I like the ice cream.
They close at 9pm currently. But they are super customer friendly. The ice cream is delicious!
Fortunately we live between two Baskin Robbins and we normally go to the one on Highway 6. Happened to be in the area and went back to this one with my youngest. Disappointed: only two freezers and they had run out of many flavors, store was crowded and the blender was not working. Proprietor seemed miffed that I only ordered a vanilla ice cream “is that all?”. Well, if you had more flavors or your blender was working I would have ordered something for myself.

Wonderful wonderful service! People need to be more understanding and compassionate! The restaurant industry as a whole is suffering at the moment. It's horrible to see such negative reviews based on insignificant things. Put yourself in the employees and business owners shoes! Be thankful that this store is still here while others have had to shutdown.
went in with my parents a couple of weeks ago and the girl behind the counter was very polite and patient. Especially with my parents who don't speak English very well.
I had a B&R code (this is a T-Mobile code sent out this week). They said scanner was not working so couldn't use it (although I could see the red scanner light and a paper was covered on it - its possible). But disappointed.
