They didn’t finish my order and the milk shake given was water down. This was my first experience at this location and will be my last. Retraining is needed and I hope this will be corrected
We they was making a milkshake they did not finish it. And left it behind and melted into water.. meanwhile taken care other customers… We I got it ice water
Don't order online from here they will not prioritize your order based on the time they are supposed to have it ready by, they will have it ready but won't hand it to the delivery person, because they will prioritize the line in store. Pretty much they don't care if you are a customer who ordered a lot of ice cream online, because they don't want your business.

Just no. The manager closes 10-15mins early and sometimes won't allow you in. The manager Sheila is rude. The young cashier touches her hair, mops the floor and doesn't wash her hands before serving ice cream. It's just unsanitary, unprofessional and gives Sugar Land a bad look.
One of the worst locations I have been to. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. The staff doesn't use gloves. The young cashier mopped the floor when my nieces and i came in, went behind the counter was scratching her hair and started serving usbIce cream. No wet floor signs and my lol noece fell. General Manager name is Sheila and she was super ride. Corporate was contacted.

We have been going to this location for over five years. We walked in the other day without a mask and they refused to serve us. The business does not care about giving you freedom of choice.
