Been to Sugarland twice Feb 2022 and last week May 2022Tried this place again Twice last week.Been In Restaurant business for years.The Good.Food is good, some bartenders are great. Barback is good.The Bad.1.Bar doesn't get whippen down at all. Very sticky, even if they see you trying ti clean it with a napkin.2.Takes awhile to get service when your slow. When it's busy they are responsive.The Very Bad.1. A server (G-man) I call him. Your old front manager now server again. Brought my dinner to me at the Bar. Yet it was missing my side. He said he would get. Mind you 30 min I watch him come and go. Tried to get his attention or even a bartenders attention (it was slow at this time) nothing. A bartender that came back from break checked on me I explained. She told him and the front end manager. She was not happy that I was just waiting. Apologized.Server (G-man) or Front end manager did nothing. More interested in girl watching and tending to them.I went back couple nights later. Bartenders and Barback and food was Great. Different front end manager but (G-man) was doing his same thing. You could heard the complaints.I would not recommend this place without serious changes.

Food was good. Skinny margarita was all lime juice, and when I asked to have it reviewed, the bar tender took the drink and asked the person who made it if they put tequila in it. He then brought it back and said the person who made it said she put the tequila in it. I then said, ok well then let’s add another shot. He took the drink and brought it back and said he added a shot. It still tasted like lime juice. No alcohol at all. Unfortunately, the bar has a lack of customer service. Our server did try to make it better, but she spilled our drinks while serving another table and gave me the same glass of wine that I literally watched spill. Maybe they all just need more training?
Food was fried fresh and seasoned to perfection. Drinks on point. The spicy mule was a bit too sweet so we ended the day with our Tito’s vodka and soda. The one star subtraction came from the fact that the mens bathroom was in shambles. Mens urinal was not operating properly so there was water spewing out all over the floors.
We love Bar Louie’s Sugarland! Welcoming environment, great bartenders, friendly and professional. Best Chocolate Esspreso Martinis around. They love our Cali as much as we do.
Bartenders and Bar Manager were on point. Drinks were amazing, atmosphere was a chill vibe. Crowd was very diverse. Decent prices for satisfying food. Highly recommended.
Food was great. service was top notch and I love the music and energy.
I visited this establishment on Friday with my girls. We were dancing, so naturally we would want some water to help cool us down. I asked this waiter for some water and he was VERY rude!! He threw his hand up at me and said in a minute. I never got my water!! Thank God for the bar hand.
This place is lit on Friday nights!The DJ is from Brooklyn, NY and he is good! The drinks are very strong, and the vibe is turnt up.
Great times with my wonderful family. The drinks were great, the hamburgers are great.
