I ordered a beef and cheddar only, the drive thru guy talked me into getting the combo....I had several errands and I live 45 minutes away...I couldn't wait to get home and relax to eat my BNC that I had been craving only to get home to find a plain roast beef. I was so upset. I've been calling to complain for 10 days now and no one answers the number on the receipt. $10 wasted. What a disappointment. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
As of yesterday this Arby's restaurant had a good reputation but not now.The Root beer & Coca-Cola & Dr Pepper were all FLAT with barely any Carbonation to them. Then the only Urinal in the men's restroom was not flushing at all! Disgusting! I reported it to the cashier who said she would tell her manager that was working at the drive thru window. We will see today if things have been resolved and do an update review.
Placed an order from this store through Uber-Eats and was surprised to see the store add an extra charge a few minutes later claiming I had "requested a larger size."Tried to get in touch with them on the phone but it doesn't go through. Checked the app again after delivery only to find they adjusted their prices by about 4 bucks on the item I had in my order.Whatever this was supposed to be, you lied and made up charges to steal a few extra dollars from a customer because what, someone forgot to raise the combo meal price by two bucks on the app or something?Feel free to explain.
Fresh hot food. Clean lobby and restroomsI had a French dip. It was tasty and I loved the broth for dipping. It's a little pricey but it was worth it. They have quite a few healthy options I noticed.
This location is always pretty decent. We used to go here once a week after my kid’s Saturday games. He really enjoyed the basic beef and cheddar. The fries are always hot and the customer service at the window is friendly. I wish they had better delivery options.
The menu listed the fish sandwiches as 2 for $6. I ordered the fish sandwiches and several other items. After they gave me a receipt, I noticed that they did not charge me the correct prices for the sandwiches and instead charged full price. When I asked the employee why I didn't get the price on the menu, the employee said that Arby's had discontinued the special. When I pointed out that they were still advertising the deal and I should get the advertised price, the employee did not care.To me, this is either laziness or deceit on the part of Arby's. The employees could easily put up a piece of paper on the sign to cover up the incorrect pricing. I think they hope that people won't notice that they are charging more than the advertised price so they can make more money.
Great taste, and super friendly, my only point of contention is the wait. It's way too slow!! We waited so long that I forgot why I was standing there! L.bo
Order a beef and cheddar and my beef and cheddar had no cheddar. I had no choice but to eat it cause I was at work when I noticed. I paid 10.40 for nothing. They never get it right here and drive thru is so long it takes 20 min.
Food is always fresh and fries always hot! They no longer sell the Italian cold cut though ?Their French dip sandwich rocks!
Curly fries better than jack in the box....maybe because they haven't reduced down to disappointments. Got me a chicken sandwich and they must have slammed it with mayonnaise. I like my mayonnaise but not when my fingers are dripping with it and I don't have enough napkins. ? Still a good place to eat.
