The new guy is rude and really unprofessional. I called 15mins ahead for the ToGo order and he told me it will be ready in 10-15 mins, when I reached he dint have the order ready and said he was busy making other orders, he was just busy in his phone and it was not even the rush hours. If you are busy than why would you promise the time. He dint even had the food container and went back behind the firework building to get it. This guy dint even wash his hand before preparing the food. Definitely complaining the health dept.The old guy with curly hair was really awesome and always had my togo order ready.
I had a really bad experience today and was really disappointed. I ordered over phone a beef over rice. Once there I paid $12 for a really bad food no taste no flavor nothing. This is the month of Ramadan. They serve me this food for someone who fasted the whole.Keep in mind people are paying their money for a good food.
I went here and got the chicken and the beef wrap. I don't know what everyone was saying on here the guy that help me was very nice and very kind to me and was very engaging the whole time. I didn't have to wait so long to get my food and it was fresh and amazing. I live in Conroe tx and i don't have good quality out their but man this was amazing and very delicious. The customer service was the best. I will definitely DEFINITELY go back to this place again.
It was a spur of the moment decision, stopped by and placed the order for a family meal. Food was ready in 10 minutes. It was carefully packed along with all the condiments. It was delicious!!My only take is the garlic sauce wasn't done right and tasted more like mayo than a garlic sauce.
Very poor customer service! I wish I could give -10 stars.I ordered showarma and they give my order to a friend in front of me while I was waiting and forgot my order of fries and I had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes definitely not recommended go get a burger or something don’t waste your time and change your good mood to bad because of there poor customer service. Abu Omar is a big company and should check on stuff like this ?
I just went there and the service was super friendly. The gentleman helped me choose my item because it was my first time trying the food. I felt welcomed and best customer service I’ve had in a while. The young man was smiling and polite. The food is delicious!

I’m disappointed. Cold french fries, no spices on it. Looked pale and dry! The quantity has changed a lot, much fewer pieces overall. Even pickles are less. Such a shame! Quality is down.Never again!This went from best shawerma in Houston to just not memorable!
I want to address all the customers that give your hard earned money to these Abu Omar Food Trucks. Folks, they are selling old/nasty meat wrapped in a tortilla and just toasted fresh. Used to be $6.99 and $8.99. Now its darn $12 for a sandwich and fries. The guy had 1 food truck and now has 20 plus. Quit supporting this business and wasting your money. Please go eat Taco Bell for half the price if you only eat halal or get a fish sandwich from Whataburger. They are gonna come down twice as fast as they went up! Owner does not give a eff! He has over 20 trucks where people like you and I waste our money. I am not a hater! May Allah give everyone their due Rizq but AT LEAST do not cheat people with $12 for nasty meat shawerma and fries???
