For the time of night, the line was not long at all and thats a big plus! The fries were on point; nice and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside! The Dr. Pepper was fresh & the wait time was minimal.
Customer service was fast although when I pulled up they needed a minute. There were four cars ahead of me. I ordered the usual. Bacon burger with cheese extra pickles and mustard ketchup. No onions tomatoes or lettuce....they repeated it. I confirmed. They asked my name for the order.When I drove home with my order and unloaded my car from the morning my food was obviously cold. I do not live close to this one and was not eating in the car.My bread was wet, soggy, nasty from the lettuce. No ketchup just soggy bread with mustard. There were the tomatoes too just leaving their seeds all over my burger. Nasty. I took a picture for reference. As expensive as it is to go to Whataburger you'd imagine you'd get a burger correct after repeating the order.... confirmed the name...I could even understand if they were slammed ...but there was one person behind me. It was 11am.Very discouraging
Well unfortunately... As much as I like their food, they're probably my favorite fast food restaurant but they usually also one of the slowest fast food restaurants. But this was beyond ridiculous... First off I ordered online... Bad mistake I'm assuming maybe due to the time of day yet it doesn't make sense because it was 3am. When I get to the front window I was told by the lady taking orders that there were only two people there. I assumed that didn't include the shift manager. My food was cold, may have been due to the wait and the lobby wasn't opened so there was no way around the wait. First and last time ordering online for that particular one. Maybe try again one day... Maybe.
The triple burgers were very delicious and the avocado sandwich ? was mouth watering and full of flavor. The French fries ? was just right and very salty ? in comparison to other places. The staff members were very courteous to their customers
Great burgers, onion rings and fries! For a healthier meal, the salad with cranberries, nuts and grilled chicken is delicious!!! That's what I tend to get, but my family loves the variety of burgers offered!!
for the most part most whataburgers does pretty good but this one here, very disappointed!!!!!!I ordered through the app, a number one. The burger seem like they dipped the bun in water. The most disgusting Burger I have ever ate, soggy bread.....
The people that work at this location are some of the most simple minded people on the planet!! I ordered a large coke, I asked for extra, extra ice. I get the coke and it has about 10 cubes of ice in it. I tell the girl at the window that I asked for extra ice, she states "I can give you more ice in a separate cup". Are you freaking serious??!! Why wouldn't you just put the ice in the cup in the first place? Not to mention the rest of my order was barely luke warm. Paid for an extra order of fries for my child and the fries were not placed in the bag. This location used to be the best one to visit, now it is the absolute worst. Don't waste your money at this location.
Always got my orders right, everything they have taste good and never stale/cold. Customer service is good too as they are fast and experience in what they’re doing.
It is always good to go back to a food business to compare with the first visit.This time I went at a busy time. Everything clean and in order. I received my order very fast, hot and freshly prepared. Crispy fries, juicy burger, excellent tea. It was worth it.
This is a pretty good location. Food arrived fast and the fries were hot.
