I love the service at this location and the employees especially "Hunter Johnson". He's always so nice & friendly with us. He always makes sure to offers the best quality and service! You do not find many helpful/friendly employees these days especially at fast food restaurants. I highly recommend this place; just exceptional. Best Wendy's in Houston hands down..

The worst fast-food experience ever. Took 37 min to get my 4 sandwish meals order, with two of them messed up (wrong items) even though there are just a few customers there. After about 30 min while I still had no clues when I can get the rest of my food, I talked to the casher and asked to cancel that sandwich for a return because I don't have enough time to wait in this place, they refused, with bad manners, and said they made mistakes because they are also human beings. I know human beings make mistakes, but human beings should be responsible too. A merchant cannot blame the customer because of their own faults.Will never go to any Wendy's thanks to this bad experience.

Do not order delivery from this location. My order has been wrong the last 5 times I ordered. Thank God DoorDash refunds the money. I called to complain and the “manager” said I had to come in while she’s working to get a free salad. If I wanted to drive there, I wouldn’t pay for delivery. The people working there are incompetent, unable to read an order, or just plain don’t care about their jobs.

I can see why this location has a low rating! The person taking the orders had an attitude and doesn't know the first thing about quality customer service. I asked for my receipt and she said they don't have receipts...seriously??! I won't go to this location again...I only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

TRASH. Hair in my wife’s burger ?ordered a Baconator but got a HAIR-N-ATOR ?Waited 15 minutes for food. Missing a drink, Cold meal… Why can’t people just do their job without getting hair in peoples food ???

The host Jada, is super awesome. I forget my glasses in my car and instead of me going to go get them. She popped up with a hand menu, thank you for going above and beyond. That's what makes great customer service. Thank you Jada

Food and service were both prompt and accurate but the drink machine inside was so sticky with dried spills I didn't even want to touch it. If drink machine had been cleaned this location would get four stars instead of three.

Ordered chicken salad and found out only there was no chicken

Despite an ongoing promotion that gives a free drink (any size or type) with any food order, they charged me every time I ordered. Once I realized this, I was told that I have to ASK for the free drink- ASK for a nationally televised promotion??? Not to mention the obvious frustration and disgust from the people inside when they had to redo my order. If you're reading this, be careful what you say in your native language... I may sound 100% American, but I understood everything you all said.

My daughter ordered the baconator fries. The fries were cold, the bacon was cold, the cheese was not melted. The drive thru person was so rude. If you don't like customer service, find a new job!
