Awesome service and Alsyhia can sing love it when we go in there and she is singing
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. My partner and I stay at the apartment homes right across the street and It would be nice to have a nearby restaurant to go to but we’d rather drive than to go here. The Gentleman that waited our table was very nonchalant and rude. His attitude made us want to leave as soon as we were seated. When we got our food, there were items missing and he was taking the food back and forth. Overall the food is okay but because of our experience, I have to leave a 1 star review. Hopefully this restaurant has a turn around so that I can reassess my review.
Service was good. The food, that was excellent ?.My grits were perfect consistency and delicious, sausage patties chopped them up and threw them in.sooo ?. Everything very fresh,and not too busy when we went.6:30 pm I will be back for sure.highly recommend this location.
I do alot of traveling all over the USA. And I have never see such a well oiled machine operation WAFFLE HOUSE like this 1*. Oh my I was impressed at when I entered the door & greeted and placed.. Online,dine in, pickup sort and sit back to watch them cook all this great food. The food was great. I especially love the grits and they were amazing. Not to much butter but just right. This WAFFLE HOUSE was pack to capacity and the staff was happy, energetic, organized and swift with the orders. Love it to much.
Good place to have breakfast. My order served as I asked for it, fast and hot. Friendly staff and very professional waiter. It is important to note that I was there at 5 a.m. and it could be that this influenced favorably.
Me and my family has bad experiences here this past ,Saturday 4-9-22 . We were told to find a clean spot and someone will be with you in minute. Me and my family waited 15 mins for someone to come serve us and no one came . The people who was sitting in front of us was waiting longer than we were ,still no approach us asked did we need juice,water,coffe,or anything. No one acknowledged us plus man can in order food to go. Still no acknowledge us. Cook and manager were playing around during time we trying to make order. Plus we had to go get our our menus. No Good Customer service!!!!!?
A little late with this review but Red was an absolute gem. She took amazing care of me, was on it with service and the food was excellent. It's been awhile since I've been to a wafflehouse with flavor and service like it used to be. So it was nice to find that here.
