The food is good of course. But their curbside is pointless. I’ve gone here several times since it’s the closest location to my home. I keep setting myself up for disappointment by selecting curbside. No one ever comes out. You go inside to see that they can visibly see you on the camera while they’re just standing there. Tonight i waited for 20 minutes because i couldn’t get out since i waiting on Covid test results but unfortunately i had to go in because no one ever came out after 20 minutes. It’s frustrating. Don’t offer curbside if you don’t really offer curbside service.
I have ordered a few times from this location and while the food was always good, I ALWAYS have to wait at least 20 minutes for an order I put in online. This was the third time I had such a long wait. I'm not interested in ordering from this location anymore.
I don't know what's up with this location but everytime I go there the food is below average. Today my crossroads taco was cold and the corn tortilla was so hard I couldn't eat it. The only thing that's usually good is the queso. I always think, it will be better this time but always leave disappointed. For now on, I will drive a little further to the Sugar Land location. They are always on point with their food.
The photo says it all Dam good !! I have a new place to hang out watch the games and eat good !! order a republican taco a democrat taco and a queso staff was friendly , Manager is awesome!! And has a great sense of humor!! Keep up the great job!!
Placed a curbside order for 10 chicken fajita tacos with veggies on the side and a pint of quest with chips. Tacos had no cheese, veggies did not look like they had been grilled, and quest had no guac in it as the other Torchy locations.
Not a very good experience for the first time finally trying torchys.. tacos were ok, not bad but definitely had better. The green chili queso was bomb though.. The service wasn’t very good though. The cashier couldn’t figure out the POS system, causing us to get charged refunded and had to pay again… Then we had to ask for our margaritas because they were never made or brought out to us. And once we got them the original lime was so salty it was undrinkable. We left it there and we never leave drinks unfinished.. The girl we had to ask about for them was very kind tho, as well as the manager that had to help the cashier. But just the experience period makes it not worth returning to
Not the first time I’ve had Torchys Taco! So I know good and disgusting! I have to say I’m thankful now for Velvet Taco! I was excited to visit this new Stafford Torchys but after getting my tacos I was completely turned off! The trashy trailer park? ??. Had one small burnt fried chicken piece and a bunch of cheese. I didn’t even finish it. The brushfire was better but still overloaded with mangoes and killed the taco! I’ve had Torchys Taco in Sugarland numerous times so I know! Never coming back to this location! The corn!? ??. The chips and queso were good! I mean, hopefully no one can mess up chips and queso! The kitchen chef needs to do a better job or needs to get replaced! Sad to see a new location go down so quickly if they don’t.
The turkey burgers were delicious. Good meeting with my attorney.
Food is okay. Tastes different compared to other places. The inside is very cool looking.
went by yest....very lame fake tortillas...u could smell the plastic they came in...asked for mgr but, ha, never came out.....jack in the box tacos put this place to shame....
