Normally I have good experiences here. But this new crew came in. I placed my normal order for 2 breakfast burritos. Normally I'm in and out in 2-3 minutes super awesome. With this new crew, not the same experience. After paying for my order, I was told to immediately wait in front of the restaurant for my food. I then waited 20 MINUTES before they remembered I was waiting for my food. I was made late for work. There was no one else in line, there was no reason for me to wait in the front of the store. Sketchy things happen at this restaurant, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Went for breakfast this morning, and no one was there but me so I gave my order and I admit I said ice coffee at 1st but when I got to the window ( 2sec later) I asked for hot if the ice coffee had not been prepared, he said sure can you pull up and I will bring your order out...he brings out my order and I said you brought me ice coffe( which had no ice at all) he said well you said if we hadn't prepared it ...I asked politely can I have a regular coffee please he refused and rushed me off like I was bothering him...wow really.Please people if you are in food service please stop thinking the job is temporary so you can treat it like it not important, You are the face if these companies and it does nothing but hurt them.If a customer complains could be different reasons, My reason I just think he was be lazy and and blew me off.
I'm on my way to be admitted into the hospital. I decide to get something to eat first.I get off the 59/69 at Kirkland, go around, and stop at Taco Bell. Ordered the #3, with extra sour cream.OMG! The meat was hot, the sour cream was cold and plentiful, just the way I like it. "Quite Delicious", as my mom would say.Going back after my discharge today.
Counter people could not be bothered to serve me and directed me to the monitor instead. This on top of general dissatisfaction with this location. I just wish there was a closer place to home
I normally have a great experience here, but there were a lot of communication issues with the cashier in terms of what ingredients are included in each item, and therefore ended up receiving food that I did not want. The cashier rectified the situation, but not without letting me know that I was wrong after he gave me the wrong information.This won't stop me from eating at this location, but it is what it is.

On a really busy day you might get shorted a taco so always check your bag before you burn out to eat your nom noms.If you catch the mistake in time they'll definitely reconcile their mistakes. No body is perfect... but maybe these quick burritos and tacos. Nice. Very nice for a fast bite and go.
Hit or miss with the new staff just want a simple bacon crunchwrap and iced coffee apparently lunchtime starts at 9:50 am
