My fiancé and I just dropped by here to get some slushes. I got the sour patch kids watermelon and lemonade, my fiancé got the peach & raspberry. Unfortunately they were both watered down. On top of that my tator tots were cold! I mean no heat whatsoever, I was extremely disappointed. I did however, appreciate the accommodation of the manager with my flavor choices as at first they were saying they couldn’t separate the sour patch watermelon flavor from the float - the girl at the window was also patient & accommodating. I just wish our slushes were slushes and my tots were hot, we typically love sonic.

Took 30 minutes for them to bring me out cold food and a burnt pretzel. Carhop was rude and told me to press the button if I had an issue and walked away before I could tell her what was wrong. Pressed button and no one answered for 10 minutes. Pressed another stall button once again no answer, had to go through the drive through to get someone to answer me. Luckily the manager remade my food but the fact that I had to go through this many steps to just get the correct food that I ordered it’s the issue here. This store need some major help as there is always some type of issue when I come here.

We ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. It took 22 minutes from the time we placed the order to get our food. Since we ordered through the app, we had already paid and couldn’t leave without losing our money. The past several times we’ve ordered food here have been similar experiences. The management needs to fix the problems at the store before they lose our business for good.

Horrible experience, I waited for 25 minutes and they never answered my order request button. I asked one of the employees who was delivering food to other cars, and she rudely answered, you have to wait, we only serve one car at a time, if you don't like the wait, order and pay On Line, it will be a shorter wait. She spoke to me with a very sarcastic attitude. Needless to say, I left their establishment, and will never return. I guarantee it. ??

Came to pick up dinner for my family. Pressed button at stall and waited for 7 minutes. Came to derive thru. Waited a solid 4-5 at speaker. No one. Called out for help if anyone heard me an no response. Pulled forward and waited to window only for three people to stand there and literally tell each other and me their not going to take the order and argued for a solid minute amongst each other then walked away for a few laughing. I have a 7 year, 6 year and 10 month old with me. We got here at 7:58 and it’s 8:45. Still waiting outside for my order. Only reason I haven’t left is BECAUSE I ALREADY PID AND AM NOW TRAPPED WAITING. THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES! I work in food industry and this is ridiculous

We ordered 3 sonic blasts with cookie dough, m&ms, and cheese cake flavoring and it was rotten. The cups smellEd of bleach and the ice-cream smellEd like expired milk. Before all this it took them 5 minutes to answer the drive thru mic.

I am very happy with sonics I love their new manager she's very dedicated to their this job she has just finding good help has been a problem for her please keep her on board she's a winner.

Ive tried to give this location a shot 3 times over the course of a few months since its near my work. The shakes arent mixed at all. One time i got a strawberry cheesecake blast and oh my God i had to just throw it out. All i was eating was the cheesecake syrup. Also the shake had an huge air bubble of nothingness at the bottom. Ive had an airbubble in all my shakes making it LOOK like its filled to top but its only really 3/4s full. Anytime i order food it just looks like it was done so rushed. Undercooked soggy tots and giant pieces of onion.

I placed an order online. And I wish the app would allow you to just pick it up through the drive-thru but it does not. Waited at stall for pickup, the app and stall said the order was on it's way but nothing showed up. Finally I have to reach out to one of them on the push button at the stall they inform me to go through the drive-thru which by now had a line of about four or five people.
