Sonic always has the best cool down beverages and shakes for much cheaper than other places, surprisingly thier version of the mcflurry is twice the size and 1.40 less in price.. Definitely a no brainer..
It's 1115pm and the staff is telling me that they are closed...no reason at all. That's ridiculous. It clearly states 12am. All the workers were visibly there just standing around. Very unprofessional. Now I'm reading all these negative reviews of this location. That entire shift needs to be fired.
Came here twice, today at 10:15pm, pressed the button but nobody answered. One person was working inside. Another car tried to order as well and ended up leaving. This is very bad service. We will not be visiting this location again.
Ordered 2 drinks, nobody in line in front of me and sat at the pickup spot for 15 minutes before someone even came out...horrible customer service.
Ridiculous. No one should wait at the drive through with literally NO CARS in the entire parking (other than employees cars) and wait for 20 min with zero help, then drive up to see what's going on, just to see employees drinking and eating and absolutely not attending to anyone..... seriously this happened 5 times so far and I will not be returning to this location
I pick my son up at the school on Wednesday’s now. So we have stopped by there several weeks in a row in Feb. ecru time, the ice cream machine was down. In addition the staff don’t seem to really value the job there due to the way they interacted with us each time. There is a dq down the street we go there now instead.
Stopped at this location on Saturday 2/12/22 at 7:43 pm. This is the worst Sonic I have been to! I stopped to order an ice cream for my mother and I. Both inexperienced boys happened to be on their cell phones, one of those boys just stood there taking selfies of himself and laughing! No one ever acknowledged us until I kept honking! He barely opened the door to tell me “their system was down”, I asked for their names and he responded William and John but changed it and said Christopher! These employees definitely do not deserve a job and getting paid to do NOTHING but be on their cell phones! They make Sonic look bad!!! Give their jobs to someone who does want to work and get rid of these two lazy boys!
It wasn't that busy but the gentlemen working there were fast and friendly. My only issue was that most of the screens didn't work and I had to have the young man help with my payment.

Terrible place to go. Got there with 1 car on the whole lot. Ordered then watched my food get delivered to the car next to me that had just parked. Then after they returned my food he brings inside Then back to me. I ask him if this is the same food he says no. Then I get home and my food is cold and made wrong. Never going back..
