I couldn't believe how tiny these pieced of chicken were. The taste was fine, but wow. To pay over $8 for a 2 piece meal that literally fits in the palm of my hand is sad.
Don’t waste your time. I attempted order the 10 piece family special they had advertised on the window. The lady in the drive thru literally told me they didn’t have enough chicken for the 10 piece special ? at 1pm on a Saturday! All they sell is chicken!
I had a in app free chicken sandwich and they told me I to tap on redeem in restaurant,, the manager comes out and tells me it only works through the app after I just redeemed the coupon... Never coming to this location again.
Gave me the wrong chicken, the wrong sides and the Mac and cheese was gross. The dude in the drive thru was scrolling his phone. Worst managed Popeyes I've ever been to. Definitely won't be back
The line was long but quick and the Tuesday special is now 2.99 and my bill was 24.95 at the end of mypurchase of 6 PC chicken, large fry, red beans and rice 2 biscuits and a small coleslaw.
Very bad service. They need to train these employees better with customer service skills. My order was wrong. I called the restaurant, they would pick up the phone & hang up.I went to the restaurant in person told them they forgot part of my food and the manager seemed upset that i was asking for the rest of my food. When I told him i kept calling & they wouldn't answer he looked more upset.
I ordered a soda with light ice, and a three piece spicy with two peppers. My order was through the drive thru. Drove four miles to my home. Went inside and sat down to eat. I was disappointed. The soda tasted like it was only the carbonated water without the soda syrup. The spicy chicken that I ordered was not spicy. It was regular. I know that you shouldn't have to check your order before leaving the window,,,,,BUT YOU REALLY NEED TO.
Service was great! Food came out fast. Prices weren't too bad for a 3 piece dinner. The food taste was ok. Facility was clean.
I went by yesterday noon and purchased an 11 piece family meal, besides the 2 large sides it comes with I ordered a large order of fries as well which of course I was charged for but I never received!! I called the restaurant more than 20 times yesterday for a refund or at least to get my fries and they NEVER answered!! Horrible service!! First and last time I go to them.
The one thing I can say about this Popeyes is that, lately, they are consistent. Unfortunately it's always consistently mediocre to bad. This last visit my order was wrong. I will say that I usually love Popeyes food but can't eat it very often so when I do it's supposed to be a treat, but it's not, at least not here.
