I placed an online order around 12:55. This place is around 5 minutes from my work so I figure 10-15 minutes is plenty of prep time even when busy. I arrived there around 1:05 and was left waiting on my order for FORTY MINUTES. Well over half my lunch break was wasted waiting on a very simple order- a plate of orange chicken, greens & chow mein. Even then the order was of subpar quality as it contained a large, tough, uncut chunk of cabbage. DO NOT come here if you’re looking for something quick.
Very slow service both times I've gone in. I had 20+ minutes for a pickup and a drive-thru order (after I had already paid). I had to go in to find that they hadn't even started making the order. The orders, both times were also incorrect. There will not be a third visit. To top it off, this was the 'misFortune' cookie that was in the bag today... How?
I was helped by Eduardo, very attentive and helpful, offered me deals and other menu items.The food was good, this location hasn’t disappointed me in any way. Would 100% recommend to come eat here and hang!
The food here is very bland, the taste is just not there. Besides that they concentrate on the drive thru. So you’ll be waiting a while if you’re walking in. Lady started to take my order and just walked off without saying a word to deal with the health inspector and quickly started hiding stuff. This place is brand new tho. Wouldn’t recommend this Panda Express
The work system in the kitchen and service has changed, at least in this business. There is no longer a menu with an extensive variety or a closed kitchen where the order was prepared and then brought by a waiter. Now everything is ready and they are constantly refilling. You choose between three varieties of accompaniment (white rice, fried rice, and noodles) and ten different stews. The attention is very fast, the prices convenient and the food freshly made and pleasant. Very spacious and clean place.
3 of us had lunch, and nothing was left behind with the exception of the chips!!!Service was ok, I'll be going again.
I was disappoint on the sides order on my plate the chicken was only three pieces and was mostly onions and the chow mein was all dry& was old not fresh. I'm not going back to the place the food all the containers was barely food in I was there 3/22/22 at 8:30pm.
Rice was under cooked, which spoiled the whole meal after trying to cook via microwave several times. The orange chicken had way more batter than the alleged chicken.
HAIR IN ORANGE CHICKEN FOR THE 2ND TIMEI tried this new panda and twice now I’ve found a hair in my orange chicken. Maybe this new location needs some NEW HAIRNETS ??
The staff need to work on there being courteous to the customers. The night I went there, they took a while acknowledging me and my family. Some other guy who was picking up a Door dash order complained about being ignored. He was so upset that he left his order.Please have them work on being more friendly.
