Somehow they made my mcgriddle taste like lettuce. Was 30 min away so couldn't get my money back...i would say taste test it, but who wants to do that everytime..
NASTY! sticky floors and counters. Not to mention bad attitudes they huff and puff the whole time taking your order. HORRIBLE

Long lines and untrained staff are often the issue. The turnover rate is to be expected. I don't waste my app points here, though. Covid procedure, is not an issue. Your experience is always based on time of day and whoever is leading the shift.
Seems that since the new app is out to use the drive through is at least a 15 minuet wait its gotten so slow.

Food is always good. Some of the employees need to work on their ways of speaking to the customers.
