I requested on multiple visits "no onions" due to allergies and low and behold I received onions. Instead of preparing a fresh burger, (per my full analysis of the cheese burger) they scraped the onions and left some assuming the customer wouldn't check. That's a health hazzard! The burger had to be trashed each time. I continued to order the same burger on 4 different visits due to my suspicions, with hope it was an one off error but it's their standard routined careless act. Go to Burger King, their value cheese burgers do not come with onion. If I can give zero stars I will.
They couldn't get my order correct yesterday and tried calling but their phone is disconnected so went up there today and two managers kept barking but wouldn't say anything directly to me and the other manager very sweet helped me get my order replaced and I was told that I am supposed to take my food that they screwed up back to the restaurant so they can fix it.Called corporate office to complain.Just ridiculous
I preordered on their mobile app, arrived at curbside just to sit the for 30 mins and still did not receive my order. So I go inside and waited another 15 mins just to speak to someone and almost got skipped over but I refuse to allow that to happen and made my presence known. My order was never made so that meant I had to wait another 5-10 mins for a super simple orderTry another McDonald’s before stopping at this one
We ordered at drive through for a hamburger happy meal and a double cheeseburger. They asked us pull over to the curbside spot. We waited there for 20 minutes until we got our food. It was not only us. Several cars were told to wait there. We ended up going inside and there was line of angry customers not answered. Very unorganized McDonald. Do not come.
Good breakfast just workers people from mC keep forgetting stuff in our orders...When I got home most of the time something is missing ?
This location is trash. It is the second worst McDonalds after the one on Cartwright. It’s two minutes from my house and they literally mess up my order anytime I come here. I stopped coming for two months and I returned today and still the same bad service. And they are never apologetic.
Please explain why for the last 2 months the frappe machine is always down. It’s 4:24p.This is the dinner people coming and is always down. I call bs
They keep making my food wrong every time I asked them for no vegetables on my sandwich they put vegetables. Today o ordered a big make meal the big make was Missing a hold hamburger patty

Bad behavior and customer service from the manager. Too darn lazy to work. Busy playing with her hair or entertaining her own friends rather than serve customers in store. Management will ask you to go outside and place your order while the store is empty of customers and was told " can't you see that we are busy.....(while playing with her hair).....she said you want something go outside and order.......WELL SHOULD HAVE NOT EXPECTED ALOT FROM THERE.........FAST FOOD BAD SERVICE......
