My new favorite sandwich shop. Great size portions and great customer service. Enjoyed my whole experience
Completely unacceptable!! I have no problem with the food, that was delicious! My problem was the amount of time for this meal to arrive. You took almost half of my lunch, please take in consideration to work faster and more efficiently during high peaks and lunch hours! The time we paid was 1:21 pm! Received the food 27 minutes late at 1:48pm!!! Very very unacceptable and inefficient. Will not come here again. If you want to lose time waiting then come here. Bad impression for my first time being there.
I have come here twice, the first time I actually beat the rush but my for took 30 minutes...30 minutes to make a sandwich, ok. Second (and last time) I got there right at noon so I did expect some delay. I also asked for no mayo, and add avacado. It took an hour to get my sandwich ?. I was late for work so I took it to go. I get to work and it was made wrong?. Never again
Honest Review: This is unusual for me to rate this high when something like this happens to me. Walked in and the attitude the staff came off as if they didn't want to be there today. I wasn't told id pay extra for a soup when i asked if I could do that instead of the salad they said came with it. Got my order togo and was literally on phone complaining about the experience but then I took a bite of my King Club. My mouth watered and my belly trembled with excitement and I almost broke into tears as how shocked I became at how DELICIOUS my sandwich was . Fyi add the cranberry orange sauce instead of honey mustard. Your chef today deserves all the credit and if I could tip them directly I would. Ill definitely be back but a high, hello, enjoy, my pleasure, would be highly appreciated. Do with this review as you will my fellow foodies.
My Spicy Turkey Melt had a paper on it. That’s very unstable.
The staff here is so nice. I am currently at a packed restaurant where they are, unfortunately, clearly understaffed. Patrons in the restaurant are incapable of understanding that their food will take longer than usual because the place is packed and understaffed. Despite all of the angry people also incapable of thinking beyond their selfish selves, the staff remaines nice and professional for each complaint and continues to do their best. That's a 5 star staff. Celynna and Shereill are killing it.

How refreshing! Good honest quality food, clean bright, casual, welcoming surroundings, great service, sane pricing- Delicious, Delicious, Delicious!!!! Best dining out experience in a long, long, time! Those pricey, pseudo fine dining, over hyped places( we could all name them) should humble themselves and take a lesson from this place! LOVED IT! I had the Italian sandwich- made to Perfection! I could eat that every day! Perfection! Presentation: great! Temperatures: perfect! Humble QUALITY. I could go on and on. Just a GREAT experience.
