I will never patronize this location again in my life. I placed an order at 9:15 pm they stop accepting t delivery orders PER THE APP at 9:30 pm DAISY called promptly at 9:16 pm and cancelled my order stating they don’t deliver that late. That was a Wednesday. By Sunday my refund still hadnt been issued. I called the store and again I spoke with daisy the “manager” she refused to issue the refund and said I newd to speak with the general manager (who doesn’t work normal hours and doesn’t have a number we can call) I asked for the email and she gave me a fake one. I called back again on Monday and spoke with the manager Lisette who said she doesn’t know what the issue is after i repeatedly told her that my order was cancelled. She refused to give me any further information about the general manager and reminded me again she doesn’t know what the issue is. At this point I have only a bogus email and a name of “Bayno Dannish” who is entirely unreachable. I can’t believe Marcos is stealing $25 from someone who hasn’t ordered from any other chain in YEARS since I’ve discovered Marcos. I will NEVER patronize this location or any location associated with Sinali foods or bayno danish. Give me my money back!!!!!!!
We got pizza for dinner and a long strand of black hair came out of it. This was so disgusting. As if we are paying for the sheet metal wires of the personnel. I had to throw them all away. If you're doing something, do it right. If you can't, don't.
Ordered a cheese pizza tonight!! Got a message saying pizzza was delivered 4 mins ago never came we called told them we didnt get our pizza. Sandra told us the driver said he knocked on the door and and left it at the door but i been sitting at the door with the door open.. Sandra also told us her hands are tied!!! I will never order from here again you have lost a customers going back to pizza hut for my family pizza!!!
Absolutely amazing. As always everything was fresh hot and very fast. The staff was great. Also the inside was very clean. We will never go anywhere else for our pizza ?. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Place my order 3:23pm for delivery call back 4:30pm to find out why is my pizza not delivered yet! Lady answer the phone and tell me there's no order under my tel# she just don't care about she's like so you want to place a order I'm like yes!!!!! Make sure who ever answer put you order in!!!! Rude rude don't care about business and she saids she was the Manager! No apologies or anything she was ill find out and see who took the order I'm like yeaaaa like you will find out!!!!!
it was okay overall but their price was high and their pizza was skinny a lot and a lot of time they gave me a wrong order!!! i don’t think so i’m going there again

Pizza doesn't taste good, crust is different compared to past year. Tables and floor are dirty. Soda counter was sticky.
