Manager is very nasty was literally digging in his nose and turned around and flicked a booger, and still insisted on serving me. He didn’t even wash his hands I had to wait for another server in training to help me and he still was touching things. I’ve been coming to this location for years THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
The service has gone down this past weeks it's ridiculous i go in to order a icecream cake and no staff member is able to help take the order i will now look for another location since they cant help
My daughter and I took a trip here today after a long day of work and school. A sweet yummy treat was so needed and Amir was so pleasantly kind and professional in topping our day off with happiness. He made our treats within minutes and we enjoyed every bite of it. Thank you AMIR!! We will definitely be back soon!
I love coming to this particular Marble Slab! Every time I come I get wonderful service ! Marissa in particular provides the best service ! She is phenomenal, sweet, and respectful !
The location was clean and nice but I soon regretted my visit after i tried their oreo shake. They were so stingy with the oreo and it tasted plain. Disappointed.
Rude service ? don't waste your hard earned money on these extremely unprofessional people. I suggest Flower and Cream!
Service felt rushed, some of the staff was very rude and the over all atmosphere was not very welcoming. The store was very dim and gloomy. The ice cream was very good and hit the spot, however the service was horrible.
Good ice cream :)But don't sit outside the ground is extremely nasty the owner needs to pressure wash it asap.
What ice cream parlor doesn’t allow a grown adult (40 years plus) taste 1 sample before purchasing? And then blames it on COVID? Someone explain the rationale please!
The experience here is HORRIBLE. The newbie with the curly hair did a horrible job handlimg the ice cream and topping. The Indianangee lady did a horrible jobe managing. She whispered in the workers ears then looks at you. The blond hair petite white girl must be blind because she doesn't pay attention and rather talk than help the customer. That tall black there was THE ONLT courteous on and VERY helpful.
