Phone conversation went like this--Me: "Hi, I ordered a classic chicken sandwich from you guys but I got a couple of chicken strips on a bun instead."Her: "Oh really?"Me: "Yes. What's up with that?"Her: "Are you sure?"Me: "100%. I can send a picture somewhere if you want to see, maybe on a google review?"Her: "That's fine."She then abruptly hung up.
Wasn’t even open at the time it’s suppose to be. It was 10:40 & the manager was just now walking into the establishment, the doors were locked. She didn’t even acknowledge me standing there, just banged on the door til someone opened it for her. I understand it’s early but if your time says you’re open at this time then actually be open, it’s ghetto.
Arriving to this KFC at 10:15 pm on a Saturday to place order to go ;the guy on the speaker told me they were closed they had everything shut down. I told him online shows they close at 11pm. Then he comes with another excuse saying they are out of chicken. C‘mon he just said that so they can close and leave. If they are not satisfied that the business closes at 11 find another job that closes early. The employees are making the business look bad. We are in 2022 that we all go based on google reviews. Next time if they really run out of chicken tell them the truth instead of saying y’all closed .
I only eat this and wataburger not saying it's healthy but this location smh can't be touched the 2 guys I see we I go are cool as he'll to me .food always fresh . The lobby is always empty a huge plus cuzz I prefer to eat alone in silence ?? got me threw a cold winter being homeless.
The quality and taste of the meal I just purchased was horrible . Popcorn chicken was stale and cold. The chicken wing combo didn't taste good at all . Wings under cooked. I tried to call to speak with a manager but of course no I ne answered. I was just there 10 mins ago and there wasn't a large rush. Will not be back. Spent 13.00 and it was horrible. They didn't even close the box of popcirn chicken or gave me the proper box for it. All the popcorn chicken rolled out the bag. They did not provide me untensils to eat my mashed potatoes. I was on my work lunch break so I am disappointed and very hungry .
Filthy reported to health department. My food had clothing tags in it! The mac and cheese was as if it had sat days. This place is dangerous very dirty total waste money if u eat it youll get sick
THIS IS AN ADVICE FOR ALL THE CUSTOMERS!!!CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!Today my husband went to this location to order the 8 pieces meal, he asked baked, they give him fried chicken, he ask for 2 corn on the cob, they give him can corn, WE DON'T LIKE CAN CORN.He ask for mashed potatoes with gravy and they don't give him the gravy!!! Service and chicken is horrible, dry meat and though!!! And for the manager...we paid money for this, is not free!!! Did you check the reviews of your business??? Do something!!! it looks like the customers complained for the same things over and over...never coming back!
This location has great staffing. Rarely, do I get a bad item. Fair prices. This is a once a month, treat to myself. I wish the corporation ( as a whole) would bring back my parfait, though.
Quick service and friendly staff. My orders are always correct and delicious.
