I'm in their store now) I came to this location a couple of months back. Mind you ,I live about 15 mins away. I came through the drive-thur and ordered my combo meal. The Caucasian guy, kinda tall and slim at the drive thru gave me my soda, dripping all on the side,and lid halfway on. I had to ask for napkins to wipe my cup #1. So, I get home and pull my sandwich out and my bread is hard as hell. At this point I'm livid. I called the store and made a complaint because I'm hungry but I'm not driving all the way back. It deprived me of my sandwich experience. I had to take the bottom bread off...... Like what???? They tried to feed me some lied but I want going for it and told them I was writing a review. The caucasian guy called back and apologized. He said they were going to replace my sandwich. I said okay, no problem. I get to the store today because I was one this side of town. I explained to the African American what happened. So he said give me a minute, he was working the dry the by himself. No one else was in the front to help. Later one guy came to help him. I waited 25-30 minutes to get my sandwich.....Horrible customer service!
I really jimmy johns but this location is not worth going to. Take trip a little further to hwy 6 and 1092 by the home Depot. The employees here have zero customer service. My mother came here and ask for wheat bread and they told her no even though she could see it behind the counter. Finally they did give it to her. Then she said no cheese and they threw some cheese on there. They were pretty rude or we would have chalked it up to them being new or just making a mistake. The attitude says it all. Who ever the franchise owner is needs to be present during shifts to see what's happening. I know it hard to find employees but I hope it gets better.
Customer service is always great here. Even though somebody grabbed my sandwich on accident they quickly got mine out.
This particular Jimmy John’s does not follow the “freaky fast” model. On two different occasions, I’ve waited over 25 minutes for my sandwiches. Slower than turtles sheesh
I called to get lll see if they delivered to my address but the guy on the phone went blank for like 2 minutes so I was able to search it faster and hung up so they called back which is weird and I let it ring then again I’m like oh no so I answered and it’s the matter what the freak like this is not okay from a former restaurant manager you one shouldn’t have called back two that’s Harassment
Great quality food with great service every time
The staff here were rude and made both of our Sandwiches wrong. When asked about the missing cheese, the supervisor said, "You didn't pay for cheese but we'll give it to you anyway." I presented the receipt which showed I had paid for the cheese and an employee said, "Oh well we all make mistakes," then laughed. We won't be back here. Sandwiches were not that good afterall.
1st and last time eating here. Completely messed up my order after they repeated it correctly. It was also rung up correctly on my receipt so this is unacceptable. I ordered a tuna sub and asked for no cucumber got extra but ask for them to add ham on my turkey sub( which I paid extra for) and didn't get. Smh..will not be going back here!!
every other fast food restaurant in this area was busy except them . no wonder why. whoever took my drive thru order was rude and wouldn't give me their name. I left without ordering.
The guy at the drive-thur has a Louisiana accent. The service was quick during lunch.
