Very rude! I was doing An order for Doordash and the woman/man(not sure of preference but trying to be respectful, a woman dressed as a man with a man haircut) yelled at me through the speaker stating that she didn’t have any pick up orders. I was stuck in the line and had no choice but to pass the drive thru window. When I got to the window I did ask one more time just in case the order came in while I was waiting. The staff member (from speaker) yelled at me stating, “I already F*N(cuss word) that there’s no F*N order for any F*N doordash, no F*N Ubereats…” you get the idea. I drove off because I will not tolerate any disrespect and unfortunately this happened in front of my kids. I already reported to Doordash how poorly this establishment is ran and how unprofessional.

I got the food from here on Tuesday and after that I got food poisoning it was my first time trying it never trying it ever again and wouldn’t recommend to any other friends

This place sucks…I got food from here and got sick the next day…I had fever and coughing up…their food is cold when it’s served…Will never go there and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else trying it for the first time

Worst location I've been to in my life and that's saying a lot. No exaggeration. The staff and management are incompetent, rude and totally condescending. I had an issue 2 weeks ago and had some words exchanged with the manager/supervisor TYria. Fast forward to 15 minutes ago. My dad and I ordered 3 Jr burgers, a few tacos value fries and egg rolls. Not a huge, complicated order at all. We were also the only car in line. It was not busy and actually looked almost empty. We pulled up, paid and waited almost 30 minutes and not one time did anyone come to say "it'll be a few minutes", "thank you for your patience", "I apologize for the wait". Nothing. Again, bc of my experience last time, I'm not surprised. I also wasn't surprised to see the manager/supervisor Tyria on shift during this whole ordeal. I advised my dad to get his money back, so he did. When he complained about the wait, there were no apologies. He told the cashier he could've ordered a beer and a burger at Applebee's in 30 minutes and Tyria the supervisor said "well go to Applebee's". I'm absolutely done with this location. I'm not one to jeopardize anyone's job or livelihood but there needs to be some additional training in customer service at least. There's a reason they stay empty and I'm sure the business this location gets is simply bc it's off 59 and most of those people are just passing thru and don't know better. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning and will not let this go. It seems like disrespecting customers is a norm here. At the end of the day, just bc I'm ordering a dollar burger and not a steak, doesn't mean you get to treat customers the way this location does.

Jack in the box is still king ? of the all day breakfast. Hot and fresh at the highway 90 location.

Horrible location. Constantly runs out of items. Including sour dough bread, tacos, etc. That consist of half of their menu. Smh!

I gave this location one star and that is being generous. Every time we go there they are always out of something and NEVER HAVE ANY COFFEE! We ask can you make some and they say no. So why serve breakfast 24/7 and Never have coffee! We asked for the receipt and they said it was it the bag which it wasn’t. We’re Done with this location.

Got the spicy cluck chicken it was fire!!! ???

Chicken sandwich was not good. I could not eat it.Curly fries were bitter may be the oil wasn't good.
