Good Food Great Service and Pretty Lady's
Very bad customer service. Looking at the last few reviews, the place has gone down in service and quality. Because of this, instead of trying to improve, they take it out on a Chinese restaurant next door by towing people's cars. I will definitely not patron this place ever and I usually like to support local businesses and don't write too many bad reviews either.
I haven't been to one of these since they had Bentley sauce for wings, so wanted to see what's up lately and if it's worth a family visit. I ordered 3 mile island on both an order of roasted and original wings. They were average, definitely not the spice level expected for being their spiciest level. I didn't even finish my water. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, they were just ok.My waitress was attentive making sure everything was fine.
We ordered wings, onion rings and chicken nachos. Food was not worth the flavor. I was expecting a lot more from this establishment. Carry-out order did not include ranch dressing, was traveling and I had to stop at the nearest gas station for a bottle of ranch. Not sure whether it was my fault for not checking if there was ranch or not. I thought ordering wings was part of the deal that ranch would be included. Anyway, I drowned my wings with ranch to add some flavor.
Beer was cold. Buffalo shrimp was hot. Chicken was spicy and tasty. Waitress was hot! What more could you ask for!?

very courteous and very friendly hosts, in every 5 mins they all checked on regularly to make sure everything is fine.my favorite place so far in houstoninfact I went to 3 different locations but the ambience and service remains the same.
The Beach retreat drink has a unique tropical mixed flavor. Loved it.
Izzy, Mia, Shayla are always 100% amazing. I work from home 60% of the time due to Covid-19, and needed a place to come to so I could get out of the house. I googled, "Close bars with "Wi-Fi".Now it's my favorite place to end my work day and grab a late dinner. The Managers I've encountered, David, and Tia, are also super nice and cordial. The food is amazing, and the service is excellent.I'm from Nebraska and recently moved to Texas. We hang our hats on hard work ethic. Hooters was one of my favorite places in Omaha. I can tell you every employee I've encountered here has met me with that Texas charm and has that Nebraska work ethic. Every single one of them deserve recognition for making this place great which I plan on coming to and spending money for the foreseeable future!
Went to this hooters for the first time and I really enjoyed it our waitress name was bronté she gave us exceptional service and the food came out really good definitely recommend.
