I ordered a chicken sandwich and a hangover burger. It asked to specify the condiments for the online order. We said mustard, lettuce, tomato for the chx and mayo, lettuce, tomato for the hangover burger that comes with bacon and a fried egg. We got a bun and a burger and a bun and chx and pieces of avocado. I called to complain and they said. Sorry you’ll need to come back to the store to get credit. We don’t add condiments on your sandwich. Well then why do you ask me to specify when ordering. See the picture. Employees are nice though. It’s just the food that’s not worth the $20
The Fuddruckers located at 11445 Fountain Lake Dr, Stafford, TX 77477, is a solid Fuddruckers location. The staff is very friendly and the place was spotless the hamburgers were cooked perfectly and quickly. I'd definitely come back.
This was the view from my table at Fuddruckers today in Stafford.I am a business owner and frequent patron of this establishment pre COVID andpre cancer treatments for me. I just wanted a good old Fuddruckers burger.The state of the restaurant honestly grossed me out. If I was the owner and/or manager of this location I would be embarrassed and ashamed.What happened? There are no less them 7-9 staff members here 3 of which are sitting on their butts not doing anything. It's 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Less than 30 customers in the building. Whatever happened to the idea "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean".Eat here at your own risk.
Absolutely loved making it to this classic. Literally hadn't eaten there in at least a decade. Was very skeptical as I had heard if the financial challenges that the franchise had and my spouse was a little skeptical as well. We were blown away.The location is actually fairly close to where we live so that in and of itself was a pleasant surprise. Located very centrally off 59 in Houston at the Fountains location. Very easy to get to and then very to get back out of and either onto the access road or right back in the Freeway. This is huge for parents if a toddler...when he is ready to go we don't need delays.Exterior: the parking lot was in surprising good repair, lanes clearly marked and proper spacing. Lot and sidewalk were clean and clear of debris. Feeling good about this already. Windows and doors are clean and paint looks freshInterior: okay...so I'm a nostalgic guy and this took me back to my younger years in a good way. Walk in and their is line to order your food and the young lady at the front is working super fast and still being pleasant while also being accurate. Floors are clean and when we went to wash our hands the restrooms were clean and supplied. Seating was plentiful, clean and spacious.Placed our order and fountain drink machine was not functioning and the cashier very quickly gave us out options on canned drinks and our kids jumped on the Sprite and my wife and I took tea. Paid at the counter and for the 4 of us it was a very reasonable $44. Trust me it was worth it.Food: all the burgers and sides were ready at the same time. You walk up to a pick up counter and get your food and then you can get your own toppings and condiments from a salad bar style setup. Had sneeze guard and extra tongs that were replaced with clean tongs multiple times while I was there. Our order had two side inaccuracies and we had ZERO challenges in getting it corrected and the receipt my wife sent me back to the counter with was not needed. The staff actually seemed very displease with themselves that "your little boy had to wait for his tater tots" very refreshing, more on the staff laterThe staff more than made this experience even better. We were guided every step if the way on what to expect, how long our food might take and any item that might cause is an inconvenience. We were made aware of the soda fountain being out upfront, not after we walked over or it, we were told two of the games were not working (this is big if you have children or if you're a big kid like me, lol) so we could steer out older child away from it early and when we had an inaccuracy on our order the staff made it right quickly and without making us feel like we were defending ourselves. The staff of this location really made this a good visit and had ensured we will return. Staff all worked in unison and even though they were super busy they all remained pleasant to their customers.Glad to see a teenage/young adult favorite of ours doing well and allowing it to be something we shared with our children without them saying "you liked THIS place?" Thumbs up. We will be back.
Did a line for 35 min…. They just had a young girl taking the order and the girl was doing that and doing the shakes and taking them to door, the girl asked a lady if she knew how to do the shakes which she replied no and walked away. The girl at a point did 8 shakes and did not take anyone’s order. The girl at the front then asked another women in the kitchen if she could come help her which the women replied: “you’ll have to wait because there is no one back here”.Whenever it was my turn to order I asked the young lady who was the manager in the store which she replied: “we are all managers, what’s the problem?” Which I explained she has a long line and nobody is helping her and they should help her and she with an attitude said: “I am good”. I stayed quiet. Someone in line came to the side and told the lady in the kitchen they have been waiting for 20 min which the lady in the kitchen told him: “we are just trying to get your food ready and take your orders sir”. The guy walked out the store with his family.Other 4 customers/families ALSO walked out the store. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing.Then i tried sitting down while I was waiting for myGood, majority of the tables where dirty and had plates on them. The floors were also very dirty with food and napkins.Overall, the dining experience was terrible, the service horrible and would not go back here ever again. I am very surprised this store is open.
If there was a spot for zero stars i would give it zero stars. Natasha was horrible in keeping the line going and was just joking around with the staff while a good number of customers waited for over 30 minutes. While taking the order she was rude and not attentive to where i had to ask for my own drink after ordering a combo. Place was completely disgusting as you can see floors and tables are filled with no one to come and clean them for upcoming customers. Complete horrible experience will nkt come back
They have a whole vegan menu here and they have vegan buns now! I was so excited to see that. Everything was delicious!
This was my first visit to a Fuddruckers. The staff did excellent handling the last minute rush before they closed at 8pm. Some of our order was incorrect (fries instead of tots or sweet potato fries) and they fixed it quickly. The soda machine wasn't working the night we went and they were prepared with canned sodas. The food was good. The burger was juicy and flavorful. I ordered one with grilled onions, pepper bacon, bbq sauce and cheese. The burgers come without the toppings and you get your own from a salad bar type set up. Also get your own condiments. Will definitely go back and try something different. The staff was doing a good job keeping up with busing tables. All staff was wearing masks during our visit.
I wanna say thank you very much to Charletta for the hospitality as well as looking after this old military veteran and making me feel at homefood was really good came out hot just as ordered and received it with a great big smilealso want to say thank you to Nikki for her welcoming me to their locationthank you for making a great dinning experience with a great burger
The people working were grinding, super nice, super patient, and doing their best. With that being said they were super understaffed. Lines were long, food took forever to get to us. It's not the people working fault though were not set up for success.
