Be VERY careful if you decide to dine here. We left cash for tip, which the waiter was lucky he even received one with the poor service we had, and clearly made sure they were aware of the cash tip with everything we notated on the receipt. Checked bank account a couple days later just to see they charged the SUGGESTED gratuity to as well.We went back in to the restaurant to get this taken care of and they tried to put the blame on us because it says in their menu somewhere that gratuity is required for 6 or more patrons. Not once were we notified of that and the receipt that we actually hand sign states the gratuity is SUGGESTED, not required.They eventually refunded the tip but after several minutes of back and forth all while making it a point that they rarely do refunds.This happened on my receipt and the other couple we were with. Attached receipt for proof. We will not be returning to this shady restaurant.
First time we went it was ok food was decent nothing amazing.But second time food wasn’t good at all the food or either the customer service.I order a salad and it wasn’t fresh they didn’t give me utensils or the salad dressing after 10 minutes later;one of my kid ordered a quesadilla plate the tortilla was hard I tried some of it and I bite a piece of small dark pebble it almost broke my tooth.The manager didn’t even bother to talk to us or say sorry they just didn’t charge for the plate I didn’t care to pay for it.I just want it a little more empathy I guess idk .I know they won’t go broke if we don’t go back to eat there but I’m just sharing my experience.Maybe y’all have a better luck than me.
This place was horrible the food sucks the service is worse and some worker guy couldn't quit staring as he ate and folded silverware. 40$ for 3 people to eat is ridiculous especially compared to the quality and service was horrible again.
I love this place the food is really good. The drinks are always delicious.The service is always fast and friendly. The prices are reasonable.
Great food, service and it was nice to know it's poplar amongst the local Fire department as well as Police. Not so great of a location and some what small inside but, over all a great place...
I used to drive by all the time and once I made my first visit, I regretted waiting so long. Their breakfast burritos are amazing. I make El Region my morning stop on the way to work. The ladies who take my order are all very sweet and professional. The cooks make some great food and with them being full early in the morning, it's obvious that if you haven't tried them yet, you're missing out, too.
Wait staff very friendly and professional. The waiter took the initiative to repeat my call in order to ensure accuracy.
A bit slow service but, the food was really good. Menudo was fresh and chilaquiles were delicious...
Had a plastic in my plate. Lady tried to say it was onion. Cooks were not wearing masks. Other times have been good.
I can’t believe I’m just discovering this place after living near for 3 years. Wow! Hidden gem ? for real !! The tacos taste like authentic tacos! Kinda like your favorite food truck tacos but BETTER!! AND THEY HAVE MY FAVORITE DRINK “JAMAICA” !!!! I’ve been there 3 times already within 2 days …. Once @ breakfast , lunch & dinner ? ??♀️… NO MORE GRINGOS & PAPPACITOS FOR ME ?…. El Regio is so yummy & I love their queso ?♥️
