It's gotten too expensive. And we prefer to get and buy tokens over the swipe cards and bracelets. AND they don't give tokens/credits for the purchase of your food anymore! I spent over $100's and the kids had used all of their credits in about 15 minutes and before the food could even get to the table. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. This used to be the kind of place that you could entertain the kids for hours at. Without breaking the bank.. It's not like anyone goes there for the quality of the food... The puppets weren't even working and Chuckie never made an appearance. We want to go there because its a safe place where our kids can have fun and ware themselves out! But it's definitely not that place anymore ?
I went earlier today with my girlfriend and had a great time. An older man took our order and was very pleasant to talk to. He seemed more than happy to help us out and thoroughly explained any info we needed. I would say the only drawback to this location is the lack of games compared to other CECs, still enough to have fun for an hour or so. The best part about this location is the 2-stage. It brought so many great feelings to see Munch's band and Chuck E in full working order. A great show to watch while eating our pizza. Something really to be appreciated while its still here. Thank you Stafford Chuck E Cheese.
my kids always have a blast there. we love taking them to this establishment.
I went to this Chuck E Cheese today I had a really bad experience with management and the employees when I aak for the manager business card she refused to go w it to me and lie about them not having any business cards, excuse me I work for a corporation and you always specially the manager have but they went to the back for me waiting and waiting thinking I was going to leave the employees were there also lying why don’t you look for a solution for your clients concern instead of lying and making up excuses.I need someone to call me or emailed me I know how important client satisfaction is for a business and I was it happy with their service or actions.
The lady and 2 young men that worked tonight were so nice, patient and provided great service, smiles and attitudes. Wish I had gotten their names. Pizza was yummy too

Came in to have a father daughter time walked in with a milk shake cup this black maintenance came approaching me rudely… she was old enough to be some one grandmother so I respectfully walked away I would not recommend this place to take your family the Chuck E. Cheese on hwy6 North always do people well Ima continue going there for good time…
