Check your order when placed online before leaving, the first time I ordered they missed the sour cream and today I was almost done with my bowl and at the bottom I come to find what it seems to me like a plastic wire.
These guys are awsome. I come here everyday for a burrito on my lunch break and they made an effort to remember my order. I really appreciated it guys, keep up the good work.
I like Chipotle so when this location opened up we gave it a try. The food is good but I was disappointed that the tables and floors were dirty. Got there before dinner rush so there was time for them to clean up. Hoping it was just an isolated incident.
Staff had a dirty work space and when my mother mentioned it since the food and trash on the counter was getting in our food we were greater rudly and low effort. A woman just started to pull it onto the floor instead of taking care of the issue. Never gave the extra tortillas as well. I don't recommend this location with this staff.

Food is good, service is bad. Just me or even you are nice and polite they still mug you and huff and puff when you ask for something. The atmosphere is tense back there. I feel bad because I don't want to ruin anyone's day by being picky. I just want a burrito bowl, lol my bad.
For the first time ever i got the chipotle the way it supposed to be! Perfect portion and Hot rice, hot barbaqua, hot and fresh steak. Cold mild and hot sauce.Yup and I killed it as shown in the pic ?
Located in a nice area of Stafford. The order pickup line was super long. The regular ordering line was even longer: the staff is poorly trained. I will be contacting the corporate trainer for chipotle(for Houston area whom I discovered on social media) soon after I post this reviewI…Also….I travel all over Houston for work and I stopped at this location recently and some of the employees were not wearing masks. Other locations I’ve been to the employees ALL wear masks…….I asked one of the employees and his excuse was that they have a policy that if you’re vaccinated they don’t have to wear masks. I highly doubt that’s the reason.Would i recommend this location? Still to be decided. If you read the rest of my more than 200 reviews you should know by now that I speak the truth. Cheers!
Usually pleased with this location. Food all over their counters tonight. Out of change. Rushing around dropping things. Togo orders out ahead of customers in line. They need one person doing nothing but Togo orders that can step in to make them. Not in front of people who have come to their location. Too much for 2 people on line to worry with. It shows. This management is slipping. Such a shame.
