My friend’s first experience with Chick-Fil-A was not good . We took her to a drive through here and order was fast since with the representative taking our order . So the line was not bad , we proceed to get our order , and it was good . Although we had to wait for ice cream cone.The spicy chicken we ordered for was not giving to us, we got regular chicken. They did not put a sauce , I believe this should be asked , not customers asking. The frozen lemonade was good . It did not have too much lemonade ,it was just a right proportion.
The last 3 times we've gone to this location (all within about the last month) we've gotten food poisoning! I'm not sure what's changed in the last month but it wasn't always like this. This used to be our Chic-fil-A of choice because of the great service and food but we wont be going again for a WHILE!!!
Asked for grill nuggets to get home to this!! Make no such nice the order is always wrong. Didn’t think I had to check the bag and order it’s their job to get it right tried calling no answer when it’s more the 15 people or more there. Disappointed the manager never review and reply to these comments I really believe most good ones are fake.

The competition for best spicy chicken sandwich is getting ferocious.Everybody now has a version.If you're looking for deep flavor and quality look no further.But, If you're looking for crunch and the best pickles in town, Popeyes is the winner. BUT, their flavor is mediocre and the probability of getting slightly undercooked chicken is high.
Corporate needs to train this location. They are not like Chick-fil-A franchise wants their stores to be. They never have online orders ready and make you pull to the side to wait for their orders. They are slow and rude. We have had to pull to the side several times at this location. It is not safe to make people pull out and pull into the Walmart parking lot or pull to the left when the sign says not to do it! They have plenty of workers! Read the online orders and make them! We waited over 20 minutes for an online order and still wanted us to pull to the side. They have workers inside instead of outside taking orders on a nice day.
Rude and disrespectful.This the second time I have to sit in the drive through to place an order for 30 chicken biscuit meals. I'm calling as a sit in drive through at this time its not busy and im looking at 4 people just standing around. I called 6 times no answer then the clerk taking the order upset cause it a lot and stated for future reference please call in I did you didnt answer
Ordering was quick. Not their usual busy time I guess. Ordered a box of the mini’s. I don’t think they should look like like they were just thrown in the box. 2 out of the 10 looked like a sandwich. Tasted normal just VERY unappetizing. Disappointed
Chick-fil-A use to be the premier example if what great customer service should look like. But lately several of their locations have fallen out. From messing up orders to not giving out like to no condiments to only giving two napkins, they have become as bad as their competitors.
When did a chicken sandwich get SO expensive? Don't get me wrong I love the traditional ChickFilA sandwich, but $9 for the simplest meal??? The sandwich was good but a little cold, but the fries were terrible!!! Soggy, cold and undercooked? Granted they were busy and I went during dinner time, but wouldn't you think the food would be fresh then? Service was quick and efficient, but a little unequa..The right lane had someone going down the line passing out orders. My lane didn't so it ran much slower.
