WORST VISIT EVER…. Ordering nachos be prepared to receive cold ground beef and watered down cheese. Even after letting out waitress know she never came back to our table. She claimed my son ate it all before we complained. Keep in mind my son was in the restroom when his plate came & ate 1 of the 6 chips ? how stupid to expect him to not try his food. I had the refrigerator ground beef in my palm. Menudo was ridiculously salty that even the manager said yeah I know it’s salty but it’s what we got. Tf… After speaking to the manager, she gets an attitude and begins to say we should have said something??? WE DID, to the waitress? Very disappointed and how it was handled on their management side. In addition, the manager did mention their Menudo is made on Friday to last the entire weekend.. Manager also had the brilliant recommendations of not trying your food before complaining. The language barrier was not there either. We spoke in Spanish to help them understand our point. Then during the conversation the manager tells me “ wait” walks off and attends a different table. Like wtf is that.
I wouldn't even give it a star if I could.. horrible food and service. The worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been. There's a Taco Bell close by that would of been better.

I visted the Stafford location several times and thougjt to myself wait staff not friendly or welcoming. Today was my last day going I walked in on greeting I ordered some food and also chips and salsa to go. The chips and salsa is 1.99 I also ask what size salsa.do.I get? I was told 4 small salsas like.when you order tacos anything larger would be 3.99. so I said let me get my food for.here. The waiter gave me dirty silverware and cold food. Not going back to Brenda's
