I was working all day. Plus I had just moved this same day. So I finally went to get myself a drink and a bite to eat. I ordered the Shrimp Bowl and a margarita (DELICIOUS as well). When I tell you that my food was delicious, I MEAN IT!!!! I couldn't believe that the chef was still making food taste this good and fresh this late towards the night (it was almost midnight).... And the service was OUTSTANDING!!!! Josephina was very attentive, not just to me but everyone else at the bar, tables AND the pick up & delivery people. She is an amazing asset to the company. I will be back anytime she's there! Gracias?
Very short staffed, took awhile till someone got our drink order. Before the waitress came to our table we could hear someone yelling from the kitchen, personal opinion that was unprofessional. Wait for drinks and food was a bit long. While waiting for drinks by the time they got to our table, the sodas were already watered down by the ice. Luckily when food came out it was actually hot and nice. The waitress was really nice, place was nice and clean.
Very clean, well cared for location. Let me say this before anything else...this location was super well run! The staff was all polite, organized and focused on the customer experience. Not often I can that right now but top to bottom a well oiled machine.Seated quickly and politely by a young man with a deep voice that actually took the time to ask about our kids and if we need a high chair or booster seat. He also ensured we had utensils...a pretty big deal for us.After being seated our server was with us in moments to get our drink order and care for us. She was polite and friendly even though her section was busy. She got our drinks to us and then got our food order placed.Food was hot, fresh AND accurate. Our kids orders were correct and my spouse's was also.Refills were cared for at a decent pace and most importantly our youngest child was not without a full cup.We ended out by allowing our children to order dessert and the server was polite and got the dessert order back to the kids very quickly.Check was provided in a timely manner and to go boxes came back with my credit card.Not an Applebee's person normally and I can say if all Applebee's are run this well they will become a stop more regular for us.
Good food...Just Don't get it Gifts cards.I still have my since last year because Applebee's Waiter said theme are empty.The manager doesn't do anything to fix it.He just said wait for next manager to fix it?I had bad experience buying Gifts cards!

Horrible service. Waitress never came back to our table after we ordered our drinks. Never offered us a menu. We knew what drinks we wanted so we ordered them and our waitress just sat at another table complaining about being at work. Paid for our drinks and left because she killed our vibe.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced in recent times. Management had no control over the servers, the servers airing out all the dirty laundry to customers, food was horrible. As a black man I was embarrassed to see the establishment ran by us live up to every negative stereotype possible.
It was a great choice years ago! No anymore, they are understaffed, the place needs some repairs since before the pandemic, don't waste your time going there!
I took my family out to eat here and regret it because they double charged me. The tablet closed out when she first ran my card, but it showed up on my bank app. They ran it again. I told them but they insisted they run it again anyway. It was incredibly inconvenient, as I paid double for a meal on a debit card and was out of that money on my Saturday with my family. Now I have to wait a week for funds to be released from my bank for it.
Good place to go cheap drinks. Management is terrible at almost every location I’ve been to. Good ppl tho. Patio right in the water is sweet ?
