THE STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! Went to this location on Sunday 4/3 @ 6:10pm... the young lady that took my order at the drive thru had an attitude while taking my order, as if she didn't want to be there. When I finally got to the window (15 mins later) and received my food I noticed that I had not received a fork for my salad. I waited for her to return to the window and let her know that I needed a fork. She responded back "A FORK" with an attitude, as if I had asked for something that you don't normally get at a restaurant. She closed the window and proceeded to look around for a fork. When she returned to the window she told me that they were out of forks and that her manager had to go to the store to get more. So I asked her, how are you guys selling salads and don't have any forks. You should inform people of this before completing their order. She asked (with an attitude) if I wanted to speak with the manager, I told her yes. While waiting for her manager I noticed her going through a box of Great Value brand forks. When her manager arrived I told him I needed a fork for my salad, and he tells me he had to go to the store to get them. So I pointed to the box of Great Value forks and said, "what's wrong with the forks right there?". He turns to the drivethu worker and says "you didn't give her a fork yet" she brushes him off with an attitude. I told the manager that they need to hire people that want to be in customer service, people that want to be friendly, and do their job with a smile. He kindly said, yes ma'am I understand. As he closes the window, the drive-thru cashier is standing behind him and GIVES ME THE MIDDLE FINGER!!!!! I can't make this stuff up.Good thing for us all that the inside dining area was not open!

2nd time trying Zaxby's today. The first time was in Shreveport,La. The food at that location was a hard "NO".The visit today was excellent and the food was better. Melissa was patient and made the experience great. I gave it another try because my girlfriend prefer Zaxby's over Raisin Cane.I'm team Raising Cane. If there was one closer to where I live, I could get more familiar with the menu and maybe jump to team Zaxby's.Thank you Melissa ??

1st visit, 1:15pm on a Friday, 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru, ordered the Signature Chicken Sandwich combo - Spicy, got to window, asked to pull up as order will be out in 2 minutes. 6 minutes later I walked into the lobby to see what happened. Employee stated still needs 20 second. Was offered a refund. Declined refund - did not visit for free food. Visited so I don't have to cook. Handed order and left. Fries were cold as they were boxed ahead of time; little to no salt, oil wasn't burned so that's a plus but not a good 1st visit experience. Chicken sandwich was disappointing; hot sauce instead of spices in the beading or marinade, bland and boring overall. Best part of the sandwich was the bun; warm, soft, and spongy. Based on my wait during an off-peak time and the quality of the order I received I have little interest on returning. I will say however that the staff member that addressed my issue with my order was helpful, seemed genuinely concerned and made an effort to accommodate me. +1 ⭐

Bad customer service , 2 crew members had attitude and lied about water being free. Did not brew tea . Said they were out . When I pulled up she refused to serve me and ordered Damien to collect the payment. I was friendly at the speaker , I don’t understand why the attitude and annoyance. I have attached a picture of the woman who needs a talk about customer service at the window — she needs to realize this just a job and to keep a positive attitude. I wasn’t even rude or have an issue. I said please and thank you. I will not be back at this location period.Update: they left my sauce out the bag and had to come back. The same girl came to window and literally I’m waiting a legit 5 mins for nuclear sauce and she is bagging other orders and ignoring the sauce on the expo line. The other worker is laughing at this stupidity this girl. Now my food is cold and they have to make a fresh order.Finally she come with the sauce , I said my fries were cold. She tell me it will take 8 mins or get a refund when she just bagged all the drive thru people Food just now. She request to take the food back and the drink. The manager had to come to the window and tried to fix the issue. This location need help. I worked at Zaxbys years ago. I have respect for it and native To Georgia where it originated. This was by far my worst experience at Zaxbys and I’ve been to over 100+ locations across the nation.If you are the owner, I am more than happy to speak on this issue.

I've been to this location on several occasions although its a drive from where I live, its the closest and they are always closed early. Despite me calling ahead of time before making the drive they close earlier than the posted hours and don't mind coming to the window to let you know whomever took the call was misinformed, or the staff will ignore the drive thru and try to hide from the window view and act like they don't see you. Its ridiculous and make no sense to post operating hours if they are going to close hours before time. Even calling to verify before arriving is a waste of time as the employees lie as tho they're still open. My Family and I drive a long ways to enjoy Zaxby's however this location is trash for the misleading hours and I wouldn't waste time nor energy calling and returning back. The other locations are much further for us but well worth the drive for service.

I have been eating at this location for a while had no issues but 1 time I done a drive thru order the 8 piece boneless wings combo the boneless wings and fries were cold and seemed to be old I called the manager and she said she was sorry and then compensated me with another combo meal. She was nice and understanding excellent customer service! I will continue being a customer at this location. Thank you

The service was kind and the atmosphere was nice BUT the food gave my family diarrhea and really bad gas. My little baby girl has been crying with all that gas. Definitely will not be going back. Im glad there’s other choices in the area that are much safer and will not put my family in pain.

I felt like eating chicken for dinner andwas not happy with my dining experience,the coleslaw was spoiled and when I ordereda combo it had a few overfried chicken pieces,that wasn't filling, so I ordered a 10 piece barbequed boneless wings and I took it back,they gave me something else.Yuk!

Normally love their salads but this one sucked. Waited 10 mins in a parking spot then got home to eat It and the chicken was rock hard.

Have gone 2 Sundays in a row in the afternoon/ mid day and both times everything taste old, soggy, and reheated. The French fries or traditional wings aren’t even made fresh. Never experienced this at a Zaxby’s , but won’t be returning.
