This is the 3rd bad experience. I really like zaxbys’ chicken and other locations are great. Horribly managed and atrocious service. Sanitation seems to also more reason to never go. I brought my 3 daughters to have a night out and we were turned away bc the dining room was closed due to being “understaffed” when in reality it’s laziness. I’ve been turned away 15 minutes from closing before also. Low class… I will be sure to add your restaurant to the never go here list
Drive-thru order. This place has a "now hiring" sign up and probably really needs staff. Person taking order had subpar customer service, and I mentioned it was my first visit to Zaxby's too. No idea what drinks are available since I don't believe the menu even includes that *weird* and they still didn't list all options after I asked. Very tough and awkward order to get through. Ordered 5 strip meal and an order of fried cheese. I was told to wait past the window while another order was made and given to the truck behind me. Almost no customers around. Brought food home *8 minutes* and chicken and fries were cold so the wait was def not worth it. Fried cheese was warm and probably best item. Did not receive honey mustard as I requested and only got one pack of "zax sauce" for entire meal. That seems pretty cheap from the business when the meal cost $15+. Also soda syrup must have been low because it tasted off of carbonated water and less like the fanta is was supposed to be. I did not drink the soda and obviously won't be going to a Zaxby's again unless I hear the franchise makes big changes. I could not imagine recommending Zaxby's to anyone. 2 stars only because different person that brought food out to car was very polite.
We come for the fries. However, they've stopped seasoning them at this location. I can get frozen fries and make them at home for a lot less if the Zaxby fries aren't going to have their yummy seasoning.
Definitely worth it! I’d give Zaxby’s 10 stars if possible maybe more. I just catered my baby shower this past weekend and ordered over 100 tenders and 50 wings. My chicken was fresh and flavorful, my fries were perfectly crisp and stayed warm enough for my guest to enjoy with the perfect amount of season. I received all my sauces and utensils, and thanks to the service I received it was on time right when I asked for! 10/10 would do it again and recommended them to everyone who asked what I catered today!
I waited 30 minutes!!! Nobody else in the restaurant. Drive thru doesn't appear to be busy at all. Should not take this long for food! I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER RETURN!!!
Slime/dirt in the ice machine! Went through drive through. Food was okay, got sweet tea for my drink. Tea was better than the food; I drank it all up! Go to eat the remaining ice and see something black in my cup. Upon examination, i see it's something frozen into a piece of ice. Bug? Slime? Mold? Idk, but I won't be back. Not because they didn't ask if I wanted condiments, not because the lady at the window needs to work on customer service skills, and not because the chicken wasn't the best. It's because I can't trust the cleanliness of the restaurant. I hope I don't get sick off this. Idk if some peices melted with this in it and I drank it ??♀️
I drove 30 minutes to get cold food, and the staff treated me very nasty because I asked for fresh food. I don’t understand, if you don’t like your job why work there. I don’t recommend this Zaxby’s to anyone.
Food was top notch. Hot and fresh Dining area was clean as we're the restrooms. Staff was very nice and the order was correct. Cane's is more popular for some reason, but Zaxby's has better fingers in my opinion, and it actually has variety beyond that. I'll always choose Zaxs!
I love Zaxby's food, but this place is garbage. Been there about half a dozen times and they haven't gotten my order right even once. Always get a five finger plate with no slaw and extra fries. And every time it's either missing a strip, still has the slaw, or doesn't have extra fries. Just a continuous disappointment. I'm done giving this location extra chances.
