guess its my own fault cause i keep ordering from here hoping that they will get it right. Well im done this was my 3rd delivery order have NEVER received my drink from any of the orders orders are wrong every single time. i have yet to get what i actually order but at least tonight i got six wings that i could eat even they werent the 8 i ordered or the flavor. I mean its a wing place how hard can it be to be able to read a ticket that says 8 wings (whatever flavor you choose) and just make that. i almost think they do it on purpose or they just dont care one single bit.
Placed a mobile order and I have to say I’m impressed for a wing stop the place is quite snazzy. They even had a Coca Cola freestyle machine. The machine had a plethora of choices for drinks, with even 6 different types of lemonades to choose from. I would definitely recommend the peach flavor out of them. Seeing the two star review really made me think this place was gonna be a miss but I gotta say boy was I wrong. The only real complaint is I did not see the child worker from the one star reviews I was really hoping to meet him. Also remove the lemon garlic flavor it is awful. Also I filled up my 64 oz container with grape sprite for free and not only did no one stop me but also it was not grape sprite just CO2. The fries were good but above them was 3 pounds of liquid cheese that really cancelled out their perfection. The cheese made the fries as soggy and saggy looking. Overall, the boneless wings had a crispy texture and crunch and many delicious flavors to choose from.
Ordered a to-go order online, showed the order was ready online so we went to pick it up. Upon arrival, the order was not in fact ready and we watched the employees argue over who was going to prepare our order. We then watched an employee ring a mop out with her bare hands and then proceed to start making our food. (No gloves and no hands washed.) Not only terrible customer service, but disgusting. Asked for a refund and were told “The manager is asleep right now, I’ll have to text him.” All at 10pm on a Tuesday night. ????????????? Paying customers lost. Permanently.
Been to this location for the 3rd time, hoping it'll get better. Honestly, seems like it gets worst every time. I have so many questions for them though...Why is no one wearing a uniform? Why are they not wearing gloves when seasoning the wings? Why do they use their phone while seasoning food and while taking it out of the fryer? Isn't that a Hazard? Why IS THERE A KID BEHIND THE COUNTER? And why is he near the Fryer??
Never had big issues in the past, kid was sick ordered delivery and every wing still had feathers on them! Called the store and they said I’d have to bring the wings back and they could remake them. But couldn’t have them delivered. Didn’t offer anything to redeem themselves. Store seems like it’s closing, low on products, lock box on the front door.
I can not even begin to explain the frustration I have with this wingstop location. I will NOT be back. I prefer burn my money on their doorstep before I give them another cent of my money. I ordered online and showed up after the estimated time to pick up my order. When I arrived they informed me that it would be another 6 minutes. I waited 30 minutes. After reminding them I had been waiting a long time; I was only met with rudeness and attitude from the staff. I would prefer eat anything from anywhere else than ever deal with this place again.
Everyone is wanting to get something to take home on this cold rainy night. They were busy and I was waiting inside, but I felt like there was no sense of urgency on their part. If I hadn’t have been watching when they put my bag on the shelf and asked if that was my order, I would probably still be sitting there waiting for my food. Apparently the personal conversation they were having was more important than giving good customer service. Sad part is I think it was the shift manager that was instigating the conversation. With so many restaurants suffering through COVID you would think that others would try to step up the customer service. I rarely visit here and now I remember why.The 30 wings for $25.99 was a good deal though.
No stars!Sevice here was the worst. I was trying to be patient but there were 4 people back there and no one knew what was happening. There was no order to anything. One girl who I think was supposed to be seasoning and bagging up the food spent more time yelling at her co workers, shouting profanity or just chatting away. They didn’t tell me when I walked up that the order would take 40 minutes. I think if they had structure and a manager who knew what they were doing they could get orders out faster.Never going back.
The food was prepared with speed ?and was to my specifications.? Even though the? fries were a bit salty they still were really good. I'd work on that. The fried corn ? is absolutlutely fabulous along with the ??Spicy Korean Sauce Bone in Wings?. YUMMO. Compliments to the team. The cashier was very polite and had a welcome smile and greeting he understood my order specifications to a tee. Definitely recommend. ??
The food is always good but the service really sucks. They seem to have gotten rid of all the good people. I went in on the 15th after work at 1030pm because I saw they were open until midnight. As soon as I opened the door, I was told that they weren’t taking any more orders that night. Apparently they have unposted hours for the kitchen that are different than the dining area. When I went in today - the cashier looked like he was about to tell me the same thing! and when he did ring me up, he clearly had NO IDEA what he was doing and had to have his boss come up twice to put in the order.Very disappointed with the service- it used to be much better. Employees yelling at each other, staff that don’t want you there, etc.edit @9:50 pm. They got my order wrong - I asked for Hawaiian and spicy Korean. I ended up with spicy Korean and original hot. Will NOT be visiting this locale again.
