My food never was delivered to my location and I've order more than once to never receiving my food delivery. It's truly disappointing to try different orders for the same results. That's truly bad customer service for a good place to dine

Denise the cashier was very professional over the phone and when I arrived. She greeted me with a smile and my food was fresh. I will be back GREAT LOCATION! GREAT EMPLOYEES

This location NEVER answers their phone. I purposely continue to call until I physically get there and when I arrive, they aren't typically busy, yet refuse to pick up their phones.I just ordered uber eats and requested the driver have them toss my lemon pepper wings in hot sauce bc on the uber eats menu it does not give the option to order hot lemon pepper. They refused, said they had already made the order. I didn't need them to remake the wings, simply toss them in the hot flavoring ?If I wasn't 9 months pregnant I would of drove up there myself to get what I wanted. I really hate customer service individuals that refuse to provide a customer friendly experience or at minimum do their job.

Terrible customer service! I ordered online and was notified my order was ready for pickup after about 25 minutes. Upon entry, the cashier was in the back on her cell phone not paying attention while talking and laughing with another coworker. She informed me that they were still waiting for my fries even though I was told my order was ready but, as someone who works in the service industry, I patiently waited without complaint. I received my food after about 5 minutes and once I made it home I realized one of my wing combos were missing. I called and was basically gaslighted and told that I didn't really order 3 wing combos even though I was reading off my receipt. She eventually saw the missing wings sitting on the counter that she forgot to bag and said to just come back. I asked if she could make a fresh set since they would be cold by the time I made it and she said no. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said he wasn't there told me there was nothing she could do and I would have to "deal with it" and proceeded to hangup in my face. Very rude at this location.

They always screw up online orders every freaking time! Not sometimes! Every freaking time! I get mad and don’t order for months and think what the heck I’ll order Wingstop. Guess what wrong order again!!! This establishment sucks!!!

Gosh.. if you order delivery, you're rolling the dice. If the Wingstop crew or deliver driver fail to deliver the entire order, you're out of luck. There is no recourse. Lost $20 or so in food based on either new kitchen personnel or driver confusion.

The three ladies working 6/17 (evening) were absolutely wonderful. Food was hot, fresh and fast and they gave me a good laugh. Thanks for a great meal!

ask for big baby and his sister if they’re cooking that’s where you wanna be. When I say FLAVOR, they bring the FLAVOR.. you want crispy fries they will make them crispy, you want seasoning they will add the seasoning!!my order was made to perfection thanks to them !!

I'm giving 3 stars because I was given the wrong order. I ordered lemon pepper wings which I got and Cajun rub thigh bites and 2 wings also Cajun rub.. what I received was the hottest wings n thigh bites to ever exist.. I knew that I smelled hot sauce when I opened the bag after I left the wingstop, and I should've checked the entire order as instructed..The manager was very polite and mindful of the wait times of the customers..Please get my order correct the next time please . I will definitely check my order from here on out..

Manager is rude and aggressive. Manager was yelling at me, because he made a mistake. Very unprofessional and scary to have a man yelling at a woman. I will NEVER eat there again.
