Kelly and anai the worst management team ever this whataburger was unprofessional and could not get an order right to save their life.
Full meal deal. My burger was supposed to be all the way with cheese No mustered with onion rings. It had No mayo "dry", No cheese, But had fries? No onion rings? Wow! They broth it back first time but still no cheese. Then they came back to get the receipt to confirm the order. Then broth the onion rings and let us keep the fries. I believe the burger was replaced but still had No cheese. However my shake and apple pie was perfect. They apologized and we're very polite. 20 minutes to complete order. Whataburger doesn't make mistakes however this day was eceptional.
This is the very taste of homemade hamburgers, they are delicious and fresh.The staff is very friendly and attentive, it happened that a woman next to me on the drinks dispenser overflew her cup, I asked some random employee for help and he rushed immediately to assist her and clean the mess, props to that.
This location is the worst. We don't eat here often because they NEVER get our order right. We foolishly decided to try them again since its been several months since the last time and sure enough my bacon burger had no bacon and they gave my husband the wrong drink. Previously its been missing items and cold food as well. I give up. Its not worth the headache or disappointment.
This place has gotten absolutely horrible over the last two years! Now it’s gotten to where you can’t even put an order in in the drive-through! They say can you hold on and then they absolutely never come back to take your order and then you get stuck in the drive-through lane. Don’t go here!And I would give them one more try today but I am again stuck in the drive-through for over 25 minutes just to get an order! Absolutely ridiculous!
The staff was friendly, but it was about a 30 minute wait on the drive thru (there were only about 8 cars ahead of me). They ended up getting my order wrong, and I didn't notice until I got home. The food was good at least!
This hands down the worse Whataburger I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone a couple months passing on this location. I’n the past when I’ve gone to this location 75% of the time my order is wrong. Thought I give them a chance and what do you know they still mess up orders. Maybe a little more time listening and not interrupting the customer to ask if that’s all and you might get the order right. How hard is it to hit no mustard! Travel the extra 5 miles to Sawdust location.
This location is hit or miss. Food been better of late, but couldn’t help but mention this is the coldest restaurant in the area. Freeze in here every time. Ask employees and they say they know it’s crazy but they have no control, temp is controlled by Corpus Christi office. It’s less than 60, turn it up!
Went to get a late night meal and everywhere was closed. Pulled up to WhataBurger and even though it was 4 am my wife and I were greeted by a very pleasant drive through worker named Chandra. She was patient and polite it was nice to be greeted this morning with her positive attitude. She even started off with a good morning and told us to take our time. Our order was perfect and delicious. Great start to our day!
Every time I come to this whataburger I am surprised by the staff. Always so sweet and great customer service. Today Christian took my order and his customer service was perfect. Will continue to come to my favorite location.
