There were no parking sources left for curbside so we parked on the side with our hazard lights on. After 30-45 minutes of waiting, we were the last people in the drive way. This guy opened the door. Stared at us, then walked inside came out with our food. Told us with attitude to that 'next time' we need to park in curbside as if it was our fault that the 2 slots they had were filled when we were parked. Forgot our fries, we had to go back in and get them. Overall dissatisfied and will not be returning..
Food is always fresh!!! Literally never went and fries or food wasn't fresh!!! There's also this one lady who works the drive thru, who is literally the better than Chik-fil-A customer service on a great day! Lol. She has the best energy I've ever come across in customer service. I don't know her name, but Ms. Lady in Whataburger drive thru, keep spreading that amazing energy. You inspire me and I'm sure you've changed lives with that energy. Whataburger is blessed to have you, and should truly appreciate you.
Just picked up a $30 meal and they forgot all of our fries. Why even go here anymore they clearly don’t care
This location almost always get the order wrong. 4 out of 5 times the burger is missing items or completely plain. We got charged extra for ranch, didn't get our drink, and the burger was marked plain instead of having all toppings except tomatoes. Happens whether they are slow or busy unfortunately
Always the same...delicious! Although I find it really really weird they ran out of mushrooms this other day but one can live when everything at this restaurant is always good! And coming from a place without Whataburger or In-N-Out now having had both Whataburger knocks it out of the park!
Been to several whataburgers . This was a very clean place , plenty of parking and cleanRestrooms. Got waited on quickly. The burgers we ordered tasted delicious just like I liked them 60 years ago . Can't beat that taste and you can't get that taste anywhere else . Next time I'm there I will stop again . Their fries seem to be gettingSmaller and thinner but the taste is still there .crisp and tasty . I give this place 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆ .
Look, I love Whataburger JUST as much as the next person..but this location ALWAYS screws up my order. Every. Single. Time. They either forget something or just screw up my order completely every-time man...It's getting a little frustrating because Whata isn't the cheapest of fast food, so to leave something as simple as fries our toast out of my order EVERY TIME is starting to get super aggravating...please just pay attention when you're filling an order please!!!
I love Whataburger. However this location has served us cold food. I mean, if you order food it should be hot right? Yes it's Whataburger, but it tastes way better HOT.
Normally a good place and the service is always friendly. But why they can't get the new breakfast burger correct is beyond me. The failed twice in one day 30 minutes apart!! So today, I'm not very happy. AT ALL!!!!
Ordered at 10 pm. Ordered the 3 pc chicken strip meal and asked for One Extra chicken strip and One Extra gravy with a large drink. I was told they were out of drinks and the price would reflect no drink. I got home and there was One container of gravy not two as ordered and only half filled with gravy that looked lumpy and dried out. There was 3 chicken strips not the 4 I ordered.it was pretty gross
