Went through drive trough to order food and waited in line the cashier helps the person in front of me gives them their food and just talks to the customer while at least 4 or 5 cars waiting behind me to pickup their orders I don't mind waiting but don't waste my time especially at 2am when I can't go in and order especially on a Saturday night
Love the louetta crossing location if you eat there tell Alba Troy says she is awesome I've been eating at whataburger since I was little one of the first one was on crosstimbers mom and dad took us kids there when we lived in nortline terrace
Fast friendly service, and my double Whataburger and onion rings were hot and fresh! Dining area needed a little picking up, but otherwise was clean.
Always very helpful no matter the request. I order for my dog every now and then as a treat and they never get it wrong. Always friendly and helpful.
I’d like to leave a 5 star review for the night crew who served me perfectly just after 2am this morning. The drive-thru line and ordering was easy and quick, my food was made to order, hot, and fresh, and the condiments I asked for were in my bag. It’s the little things that contribute to an experience and too often crews like this go without the good reviews that they deserve, but I want you to know you’re not unnoticed! Thank you!
Edit: Cashier (i missed her name!) Noticed me waiting still and she and her manager were very sweet and got me squared away completely unprompted.Waited 20 minutes for my to-go order. Normally would not mind, but some friends of one of the employees (Rhiannon?) Came in about 5-10 minutes after me and she rushed out their food (they ordered the same meal as me, but 3 of them and I was by myself.) Cashier was super friendly, though.
Whataburger, one of my kids favorite. The drive thru line was wayyy long, so I decided to go into the lobby. Even though they were super busy, and I'm sure short staffed...food came out in a reasonable amount of time and staff was friendly. My grilled chicken sandwich didn't have the best appearance, it was sloppy, but tasted good. I'll be back. ?
My husband and I went last night around 6-7 to get our meal. While ordering the lady taking the order was rude and kept trying to rush us to order. Whataburger is supposed to be the customize of burgers, well how can I customize my burger if she keeps rushing me to finish! She didn’t read back my order so I had to ask the gentleman at the window to read back my order to make sure it was right since she was rushing. We asked for fries no salt and the fries were saltier than ever ? to salty to eat ! And the burger it’s self was cold. I had a survey receipt but my husband threw it away so I’m doing my survey here. Your order taker should take her time not rush and most definitely read back the costumers order. The whole meal was nasty except the soda. It was disappointing because Whataburger usually has the best burger.
Great Whataburger, eat there once a week . Number 1 with cheese please. store is always packed . but the drive thru is super fast. We drive around and eat in the big parking lot. Order is always right . The 3 piece chicken meal is my second choice good gravy .
This is the fastest WB Drive-through I've ever been to. I might actually visit this one again because I hate waiting in their eternal lines. It's only reason it didn't get 5 stars because we asked for no cheese on something and got it anyway.
