I want this place to do better, they need to do better.. 1st fix the sweet tea, it taste like it has milk in it or the container has been contaminated. I gave them 4 chances today. It took forever. 1st order wrong, 2nd order i assume to be right and go home to feed the family. I get everything out and it is still wrong. I got back for a 3rd time. Now comes this manager lady named Orillia, she gave me issues and attitude about fixing my food(she does not need to be in the food/hospitality industry). She literally argued with me for 10 mins. When she finally orders the food and it still comes out wrong. So I decided to help them do better. I patiently tell them it is still wrong and that it has been forever and still no food. When it comes out I pick it up and go. When I get in the truck it is still the wrong order. It wasn't until Austin helped me that everything worked out perfectly. Thank you Austin out of there in 5 mins!! Hopefully you can help turn this store around.
Sweet tea was way past its time. Taste like container was never cleaned. Shake machine was non operational. Burger was lacking in presentation and taste . I was the only vehicle in line. Took more time than expected for this type of service. Seems like corporate is dropping the ball for this franchise.
The Whataburger Jr is really good I get extra tomato extra onion and it's yummy, shakes are very good also, breakfast is to die for those biscuits and gravy yummy. You can't go wrong eating there ❤️
Dirty place that serves cold burgers. Chains restaurants should taste the same.but this place is the exception. The floor was slippery and if wants wet. Save your money and better go to kuykendahl or go to another restaurant.
Every time I come to Whataburger especially this Whataburger I deal with a cold Burger cheese isn't even melted.. so I'm giving a cold burger that can make me sick... will no longer come here.. and it was dine-in they literally don't care February 16th 2022 9:30 p.m. order number 173525.. you can watch them take the burger out of the tray throw it on the grill for 5 seconds slap a piece of cheese on it and call it done.. that is very dangerous to my health I appreciate it Whataburger great training if I did business like that I wouldn't have a business.. and this isn't a one-time thing it happens throughout the day no matter when I go I stopped going through the drive-thru and carrying out so I can guarantee a hot Burger but that doesn't even work anymore.. time to start eating at local joints at least they care about their quality of food..
I must have went at the time they had a happy group of workers because this particular shift delivered me a wonderful burger and fries and a cold drink
If You are in Taxes, You must try What a Burger but becareful for those who want Halal or Kosher Burger.
Was good and not too expensive, bacon avocado burger.
Ordered for wife and I at counter for dine in choice. Wife's order was chili bacon cheeseburger with No bacon, and no other condiments. She ordered onion rings as her side order for meal purchase. I ordered #1 Whataburger meal with fries. When order finally arrived, attendant had two to-go sacks rather than dine in tray. French fries were in bag with chili cheeseburger and onion rings with whataburger. Further surprise included bacon on the CCB to top off a completely messed up order.
Best fast food burger I've found. Great value. To go service prompt.
