Went for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Mishael, our waitress, was friendly and attentive. There was someone who was constantly cleaning and disinfecting. I have to give it a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great service the lady time I went. The young lady was attentive and kind. I do not remember her name but such a rare find at Waffle House.
Nothing wrong with food but what got me is I am a plus size girl already self esteem low but to have a server stand in front of me behind counter talk about not eating meals much because she's trying to lose weight was like a stab In my heart like it was a statement towards me...im sure it was just conversation between two but it still stings really should think of what your saying in front of people especially while in the service industry
Staff was nice, food was good, but the cleanliness of this location was terrible. Our napkin holder on the table had ants in it, syrup was stuck to the table, I had to ask for the floor to be swept before we sat down, it was disgusting even after the waitress swept. The entire floor was very dirty and my shoes were sticking to it. There was hair in the window seal in the booth, when checking out there were dirty napkins at the check out wadded up. The floor had food and napkins, grease, syrup over the whole area. Also, everything on our table was sticky… salt and pepper shakers, sugar container, napkin holder, this the ants.
Ok, Ms. Lex the cook was amazing. She prepared the meals and on at least two occasions served the meals.The other two servers were LAZY. They barely paid attention to their tables. Was extra Chitty- Chatty with customers paying at the register.Food was good thanks to Ms. Lex.This employee shortage is so unfair to the fast-food industry.I'm sure I will come back to see Ms. Lex.Thanks
Sat down and waited for someone the help us. One gentleman told us our waitress would be right with us, after 15 minutes of other wait staff looking at our table and not helping us we finally got up and left. I understand if our waitress is busy but someone else could have helped out and at least took our drink order.
Didn’t want to give this place any stars but had too to get started. First off the service is horrible my server Raven just came to where I was sitting and just stood there no good morning how are you,didn’t wipe the area and was talking very low, when I asked her to wipe the area for me it was a problem and then she told the cook to bring me my food because I was unruly. So of course when my food came after they let it sit for 5 mins it was horrible too
My experience was amazing!! I wanted to give the cook, his name was ray he did An amazing job. He was very polite, very nice man, good job ray. By far a great time and definitely the best waffles in town.
As a rule I love WH. 1st time in this location. Myself & 1 other customer. Took my order promptly & then it went downhill. Main dish came out after awhile, but no toast. 5 mins later waitress checked on me & I asked about the toast. 15 minutes later I was given cold toast when I was 90% done with my meal. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for my check.Totally unacceptable, when there were only 2 customers. Waiters were too busy chatting with each other & carrying on.
Usually good service but last time we went we were very underwhelmed.They were out of alot of items, like straws and butter!Walked in and every table/seat was dirty. Stood and waited for them to clean one off for us. Only after a lined formed at the door did someone finally clear one.Waffles came out after we all has eaten our entire meals but maybe it was an off day.
