First time trying today, and I am very happy with my choice of coffee. I had the best help deciding what coffee to get, even got the kids some hot chocolate which they said was “the best”
My daughter and I are at the HEB today and my daughter wants to try something from trilogy, we both had coffee and it was sooo good, I highly recommend this place…beautiful

My partner and I come here rarely, simply due to our schedules. We love coming here as a treat, a special occasion. We’ve had some pretty harsh employees there, so it’s never unknown you won’t be treated with the most amazing staff.That aside, we came in at 10:36 on Sunday (1/16/22) and the new gentleman there asked why were there. ‘Coffee’ we told him. He proceeds to tell us he’s not open….We’ve come here typically only on Sundays. Store hours online are 9-5. I tried to call when we left several times but of course this stellar employee doesn’t answer.To the owners; you have an amazing thing going. Please PLEASE hire more appropriate staff. People who want to be there. If your staff decide to open shop 2 hours late… maybe a managers number should be available. This is ridiculous

? everything we ordered was delicious. They have a very nice set up- a stage, lots of tables, a few couches, board games, card games. It's cozy but it still feels open and clean. Great atmosphere and the staff is very down to earth.
Edit: Tried to take pic of wife's drink but she kept drinking it because it's so goodReally awesome coffee shop. I've been around and I HIGHLY recommend trying this place. Wife got the Nutella frappe and I got the Valinor. Tried the Nutella frappe and it was delicious haven't had my drink yet but the people are so nice and its a hip small coffee shop town feel but blown away by the product and how nice everything is.
Went to Trilogy Brew for the 2nd time last night and had an even better experience than the first time which was already great. The owner is extremely thoughtful and is very knowledgeable on the different blends. She’ll take the time to make sure you’re ordering the perfect drink and that everything is made to perfection for you. On top of that, there is a great rustic feel to the shop which makes it an enjoyable place to spend time. Of all the coffee shops I’ve been to in the Great Houston area I would say this one is my favorite. Service, coffee, atmosphere and overall experience are outstanding.
Coconut mocha and lavender latte, actually both very nice, massive mugs too if that's what you're into.
Incredible ambiance, savory drinks, and lots of activities to do inside. A great place to dip into if you need to recover from walking around all day in Old Town Spring. The staff were incredibly friendly and we played some with the arcade machine before enjoying some of their board games. Highly recommend!
