I have lived in Spring/Klein for 11 years, and every time I drive past this place I say to my husband, "Babe, we really need to try The Breakfast Place." Well, today I tried it with a friend, and it is FANTASTIC!! Ellen was our server, and she is the most precious person! She was kind to me, when I asked if she could wipe down the table. She was pleased to do so. I ordered coffee and water, we agreed that French Vanilla is the best creamer. I told her I was waiting on a friend, which gave me time to look over the menu. After my friend, showed up, we ordered our food. I ordered the Short Stack, which is two pancakes and a side of your choice: bacon, sausage, or ham. I ordered blueberry pancakes with a side of bacon. My friend ordered the Eggs Benedict with a side of hash browns. Let me just say, we cleaned our plates! Everything was delicious, and Ellen kept the coffee coming! On top of the delicious food and great service, the prices were just right! I will be going back, and y'all should go too!
Sort of the beaten path.Located on Kuykendahl, South of the Louetta intersection, in Spring Texas. This place specializes in your traditional American breakfast.I ordered two scrambled eggs, shredded hash browns, biscuit with sausage gravy and a coffee. All cam out hot, fresh and tasty. At a bargain price.
Man oh man, I wish I had taken a picture of the delicious breakfast my boyfriend and I had at this place today. What a great way to kick off Easter with a tasty meal. Everything I ordered down to the toast was mouthwatering good! The customer service was superb!!!! Even walking in customers walking out said good morning and happy Easter with a big smile on their face because the good and customer service was just that good!! I was happy and smiling with my boyfriend the entire time. And Debbie at the front counter was amazing! She made us laugh so dang hard. We are definitely coming back here. Happy Easter all!
Wow I’m impressed by this place. at first I was I don’t think i will like this breakfast but I say to myself do not judge this place after you have the experience and I’m so happy that I did try it. Excellent service great attitude fresh food coffee the way I love I will definitely comeback and bring others to enjoy this experience with me thanks to Ellen was very very sweet and help me with recommendations and I am so grateful for the opportunity that I have to enjoy this delicious and fresh breakfast. And thank you for make my coffee the way I love ❤️ ?????
Parking: Limited spots. Might have to park far.Service: Bland but efficient. Know that on the weekends all single guests are required to sit at the bar. There are rare exceptions when not busy.Food: Nothing special. I didn’t like any of the meat for the special. The pancakes were a great size and the eggs were good. Overall, I thought it pricey for what I received. Definitely should have been labeled $$, instead of $.Overall, this is a one and done.
I've been here a couple of times. I think we found our favorite breakfast place in The Woodlands. Service is always exceptional and food quality doesn't disappoint. .Good variety, fair prices always has me walking out very happy. We will continue to go back
First time here & we loved it! I ordered egg, bacon, hashbrowns & French toast. It was absolutely scrumptious lol I haven't cleaned a plate like that...ever! Price was super affordable. $65 for 5 people!! Don't hesitate to try them out! ?♥️
This place is a hidden gem! We had the French toast and Texas waffle, both were amazing. The ham was also particularly tasty and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend!
With a name titled The Breakfast Place it leads you to believe they have some damn good breakfast…. Not the case here. The owner or the manager made sure to let us know there was going to be a wait due to short staff, but there was no wait. Great! Food came out shockingly fast for what I can only assume that it came straight from the fridge as cold as it was. When you put butter on your pancakes and it doesn’t melt, there’s your sign. My husband ordered “The Ultimate Breakfast” another deceiving name there. His one slice of ham was cut into a 1/4 and served. I shouldn’t say cut because it was torn. Let’s move on to the omelet I ordered. When you ask for cheese they give you sliced cheese just slapped on top then microwaved. Disgusting! Don’t waste your time at this breakfast place.
1st time going, it was a good experience. Food and service was good, it's one of those places that makes you feel at home. Be warned it's a small parking lot we had to wait for a parking spot to open. I guess that's a good and bad think, pro: food must be good if they're so packedcon: must have patience if you can't find a place to park
