They definitely have the BEST boba I’ve ever had. Every time I come, the boba is consistently warm and fresh and so soft that it melts in your mouth. I usually go during the weekday with little to no wait but unfortunately, I went today. On a Sunday. It was crowded and I’ll give them the “afternoon rush” but I ordered my usual, a Thai Tea with boba and received overly-milky tea. It wasn’t even orange. I brought it back and asked them to please remake it with more Thai tea. Walking out, my new drink had no ice. Not even one cube. At this point, frustrated, I threw the drink away. I won’t be back for awhile. Avoid the weekends.
Way to sweet and didn't sit well.Since seeing the reply from the store I would like to clarify more information. I did in fact ask specifically for less sweetness, the employee acknowledged that and put it into the system. After drinking the Boba me and 3 other people got completely sick and had food poisoning symptoms. Drink with caution.
Best Taro smoothie with egg pudding I've had in years. Service was so fast with how many people were there. I can't wait to go back !
We were very excited when we found this cute Cafe, it was a beautiful environment. But The customer service was lacking. As somebody who has years of barista experience the past I was very disappointed by the lack of hospitality the workers had. They just didn't care to deal with customers ot seems. Over all the drinks were amazing
Honestly some of the best bubble tea I’ve ever had! It’s affordable and the environment is so cute.
The boba is very high quality! It's firm and chewy and flavorful! I enjoyed it more than my mango smoothie(in which they use real fruit)
Found a new spot. I enjoyed my Strawberry matcha tea with strawberry popping boba. Not too sweet and not expensive at all. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Can't wait to go back. Good job I-45 Boba Shop!!!
While I appreciated getting an exchange since I received coffee milk tea, instead of the regular milk tea, I DID NOT appreciate receiving 50% ice/50% tea.... I’m not sure if the worker with the glasses and locs assumed I was trying to “pull a fast one” but I definitely won’t be back... I didn’t receive half that amount of ice in the drinks I bought yesterday and it wasn’t my fault that I received the wrong drink... I suggest a better drink pick up system instead of retaliating against customers...
I've been coming here for a few months now. Everything is excellent! The Staff, Atmosphere and especially the Drinks! It's a comfortable area for me to get some of my work done as well! 1000% recommend folks to support this place.
We come here often for the Boba milk tea! It’s divine! Definitely try the lavender milk tea, coffee tea and taro coconut! And order a large! YOU’RE WELCOME in advance ?
