We ordered 2 of the the quesadillas, which were very large and definitely NOT SKIMPY!! Meat was extremely flavorful and delicious - spices SPOT ON! The family that runs this business is very nice and personable. (It's no wonder they always have customers around, ready to order...AND...OK, FYI... I know alot of people get concerned if there will be a language barrier with different taco trucks, but these guys are very fluent in BOTH Spanish and ENGLISH!
Good food especially the asado de puerco. Wish the had set days that they make the gorditas de chicharrón. Tried going different days and no luck. Also music is playing loudly at late times past 11:00pm. People need sleep for work.
Fajita mat was salty. Tacos weresmall. Charro had almost no beans. Just soup and raw veggies. 1 star for good salsa. 1 star for nice service. That’s about it…
The food was authentic and quality taste.
Very good local taco truck in the area. They’re here everyday after 5pm. The meat is actually seasoned and their red and green salsas are very very spicy. Knocking off 1 star due to the little young guy at the window taking orders being rude sometimes, throwing off the customer service aspect to some really good tacos. I’m not sure if I’m going crazy, but their prices increased a bit. But I get it, inflation is everywhere right now.
Tacos is alright not big at all, meat as some nerve in it, sauce it’s spicy some what good. definitely super pricey and they don’t give you a big amount of food That’s why I give it two stars over all is a alright taco truck nothing crazy!
They prep the food inside of the gas station, while they are prepping the food they are eating with bare hands, transporting the food and trays in and out the gas station opening the doors with bare hands. I have seen this same practice before the owner of Taco Sayin trailer got the trailer, same guy made the tacos in the morning from the gas station. Still to this day, yes today, I watched his employees eat food while prepping inside the gas station. Just unsanitary practices. I have mentioned it a couple times and felt like I was blown off.
Great tacos! Full of flavor!
These tacos are always good. I am not exaggerating when I say I have been there over 100 times. Tacos aren't very big but they're actually fajita and delicious. The negative reviews have to be someone just hating for whatever reason. I've been there everyday of the week, sometimes early and sometimes late. Never had any problems. Keep up the good work!
*Updated from 5 stars to 4 stars*------------------------------------------------------Ok, just went there to get some Pastor tacos. Had a craving. But sadly, their tacos are $1.50 now. which is fine if there is some financial trouble. But for the amount of food you get for one taco is pretty bare. And they shave the pastor off so shortly. I don't think it should be that much.Besides from that though, everything else is perfect. The added sauces, the people who work there, the nice benches outside the truck. If you're a little short on cash, they will let you off. Even if its just a few dollars. But please go forward and pay them back when you can, they deserve it.And for the review that popped up on Nextdoor Neighbor app, they DO use gloves instead of bare hands. I watched them prepare my food with gloves on. I've got no idea where that came from, but from what I have seen, that is a myth.
