I give the food a 5 because our Taco Cabana closed in Fort Worth and we loved it!! But the service I give a 2. We were on a mini vacation and found this Taco Cabana right outside of Houston 45 on our way back home! Again the food was outstanding but we were missing items on our order! Also the salsa bar was empty. I approached them to have my order completed and the employees acted as if I was bothering them! Also the salsa, lime, etc bar was empty! When I asked for salsa and limes they said they only had one salsa ready and no limes. So someone didn't do their morning food prep!! Not good!! You should have everything ready and available for customers BEFORE you open!! Also hire some employees that are helpful and not lazy!!

Waited 20 mins for two cold steak tacos. Called them to get another order but they brought out two more cold steak tacos.

Clean place. All the staff members wear mask. Regular cleaning of the place.First time had a dine in experience at this place and I was happy with the service and the food. Great place for a quick bite. The chicken flautas were nice. The tres leches parfait they serve was interesting.Ample of parking around the place.

I was moving that day and bought my friends who helped me move, lunch at their choice which happened to be taco cabana. After placing their order I asked what kind of meat was on the BEYOND MEAT, he could not answer that question. I then went to place my order which was: 1 beyond meat taco soft, with no lettuce (I hate soggy, hot lettuce) and please add fresh jalapenos to my taco. I paid and we went back to my place. Opening the bag we already notice that there are no napkins. Well everything was packed and no telling where the box was containing my paper towels so there is strike one. My friends were content with their order which was good because they had worked their behinds off that day, but upon opening mine I was HORRIFIED to see HOT, SOGGY LETTUCE! And no fresh jalapenos! Ok, well maybe I can pick every single piece off of my taco, I then preceded to look for the fresh jalapenos in the bag because surely they are there. What do you know, NO JALAPENOS AT ALL!! By this time I am just a little irritated and STARVING. I drive back up there to correct my order and the drive through is packed around the building. So I parked and try the lobby, CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. I HAVE to wait in that line and 37 minutes later pull up to the window and at this point, I just want my money back. The staff in the window have gathered around and started snickering and taking turns to have a look at the crazy lady who just wanted HER ORDER RIGHT!

I had an okay experience but normally I don't have any issues. I went for the leprechaun Margarita that they said they would have until the 20th of March but when I got there they said they were sold out. But when I said false advertisement they were like we took the sign down and I'm over here like no they did not. It is right there on the front door and right there in front of the person's face as were telling her false advertisement. Then when we start to order the lady told us that we had to take our food to go but on the door it says they don't close till midnight after we left with our food they locked the doors. I suggest checking the hours before you walk in.

I poor service I asked for extra cheese they gave me a small one. I want it on the side to my nachos would be fresh when I got home. They say this cheese is to cover all the chips maybe 4 chips. Now I paid for extra cheese.

It was a bad night. I sat in the parking lot looking through the menu. Picked and paid for what I wanted. Went to get my food and the front door was locked. I thought I would have to go thru the drive-thru. Nope. Drive thru people were coming to the front door. They banged on the door. Apparently someone left early and then they locked the front door early. I did get my food handed to me at the front door. Food was not hot and even worse when I got home. I will pick something different next time.

Drove through for a snack. I enjoyed three delicious chicken taquitos and washed down with cold cola. Courteous crew, fresh and tasty food. Quick and rewarding stop.

The manager Jennie is rude and unprofessional. I ordered a family steak Fajita dinner and I specifically asked three times( even at the pick up window) to have black beans in lieu of refried beans, just to end up with refried beans when I got home 30 minutes later .By the way , this is not the first time they messed my order.I called to complain, but the manager hung up on me when I asked for a refund. I guess customer service is not a priority at this location and the manager would care less if they loose a customer for life . $43 wouldn't break Taco Cabana pocket , neither would take them to bankruptcy. If I were you , I would take my business to the next location even if I have to drive for an additional 15 minutes or buy somewhere else.

Taco cabana has really gone down hill over the past few years. Other restaurants in the areas around where taco cabanas are located have cars wrapped around the building yet taco cabana does not. Wait times are always long and orders messed up.. I have almost given up on this company. That being said my last two visits at this location have been perfect
